Im Not Fat But I Always Want To Lose Weight.

My boyfriend wants me to lose weight, but I'm not fat AND I have hypothyroidism. What do you think of that?

It is understood that it is very difficult letting go of someone you have invested so much time in. If he is only your boyfriend now and making statements like this, imagine what he would be like if you were to marry? Believe me it would only get worse. You are your number one concern and the person you are with is an extension of what you think of yourself. So, hey, if you like feeling horrible and ugly soon to expand in to feeling like an idiot and worthless, this sounds like the guy for you, sardonically speaking. Ask yourself what you want, not what you want to settle for. Who really gives a rat's behind how big or small you are other than you? I'll tell you, I have located the love of my life, after ending an 18 year marriage. When I met him I was wearing a size 4. I put on 40lbs and guess what, he has never ever said anything along any lines about the weight I put on. He loves me for me and always says I'm beautiful and sexy and means it. That person is out there for you, sometimes you have to go through a few bad ones while you are figuring out who YOU really are. Good luck to you girlie!!

I want to lose weight so bad?

I'm 20 a guy and feel fat sometimes ha. Since I had a girlfriend for the first time I really want to lose weight I always felt "big" with her I'm not fat but could lose weight . I'm a chef which makes it harder I can go all day eating healthy usually like fruit for breakfast (before I skipped it ) and then soup for lunch . Swim in the afternoon , and then it comes to 10 at night and I binge eat like chips and steak because it's offered to me and I can't say no and then I feel bad after I just can't say no and if I do I still feel like I need to eat. I'm not worried so much about my body but I hate my fat cheeks ? any advice to help me say no

I'm always hungry and I want to lose fat and tone up, what should I do to reduce my hunger?

To reduce hunger, fuel your body with generous amounts of nourishing whole foods and eliminate the addictive “junk”.“Junk” is a “food product” that has been engineered by food scientists to hit the “bliss point” so you can’t eat just a little. It is generally made with cheap ingredients and manufactured in mass quantities with preservatives to keep it from spoiling when stored at room temperature for years. It comes in attractive packages that may prominently feature words people associate with healthy food like “sugar free” or “gluten free”. Adding sugar, fat and salt to starch is far less expensive and less perishable than foods with natural flavor.Instead, focus on eating mostly food that grows on plants in its natural form. Avoid foods and drinks derived from plant that have been refined and parts removed. Eat the whole orange rather than drinking the juice without the fiber of the orange. Eat wheat berry salad or brown rice pilaf instead of having white (refined wheat) bread or white (refined) rice. Explore the world of legumes (pulses). Lentils are a filling, high protein, low fat alternative to potatoes. A piece of fish on a bed of lentils makes an elegant, hearty, satisfying meal that will leave you satisfied all night. If you want a sweet treat, roast a small yam or sweet potato and eat it (skin and all) with a sprinkle of cinnamon. If you want a salty treat, snack on sea vegetables. Sea crunchies and similar things are widely available in the US now. Not sure where you live. The point is that hunger is your body’s way of telling you that you are not giving it the nourishment it needs. Even if you have a bit of extra fat, you still need a constant stream of protein, vitamins, minerals, essential fatty acids and fiber (carbs). If you nourish your body with every bite you take instead of feeding it junk, you’ll have more energy and motivation to get outside and enjoy sports and other physical activity each day. After an hour of sports, it is natural to feel hungry. Eat and enjoy your food.

Im losing weight but my face is still fat?

I know how you feel I used to have quite a rounded face at first I noticed that exercise and eating well were not working and my face was still quite round even though I had lost alot of weight but eventually my face become very angular and it wasn't instant it was a gradual process. Don't worry just be patient you will eventually loose some of the weight off your face, it just depends on a persons body and natural shape how fast they loose weight from different areas. Also try not to eat to much food in one go even if its low fat food take time in eating throughout the day with gaps of at least 3 hours. Keep exercising! It is the key to loosing facial weight. Try facial exercises along side the normal exercises for example on the exercise bike pout while cycling keeping your cheeks in you'll feel yourself sweating a lot more around the face.

Good luck and stay healthy! =)

How do I lose weight when I'm always hungry and have strong cravings for junk food?

You have cravings because your body is starving for something. It would be a good idea to see a dietician who specialises in vegetarianism who will help you optimise your food choices for your body. It's highly unlikely that you have stopped growing - the female body doesn't fully develop until at least 25 years of age. If your body has truly stopped growing this is actually most likely a sure sign of malnourishment. It also leaves you at huge risk for osteoporosis among other problems. You didn't say your weight, but you don't have to be underweight to be malnourished. Even obese people are often malnourished. If your body is malnourished, it's going to  hang on to every little thing you give it and also give you powerful urges to keep eating until it's nourished. Even if you truly need to lose weight (which I doubt) the answer might well be that you need to eat MORE, in order for your body finally be fully nourished and able to balance things out. I want/need to lose weight, but I can't stop eating?

I'm fat. I know I am because I'm about 40-50 pounds overweight. I want to lose weight so bad and I try to eat well and exercise, but it's so difficult. The exercising part isn't too hard since I've found things I really like to do. But it's the eating that makes me so frustrated with myself.
For example, tonight at 10:30 I decided to eat a huge thing of nachos for no effing reason. I knew it wouldn't be a good idea, but the evil side of myself kept saying "don't worry, this will be the last time and you'll start eating good tomorrow". The moment I put the last chip in my mouth I absolutely regretted eating the nachos...
What can I do to stop this reoccurring cycle of bad eating habits?? This has been happening for the past 5 years and summer is approaching and I'm tired of seeing my downright ugly cottage cheese legs. Please, do you have any tips and suggestions? I really appreciate anything! And please don't just say "uh, just stop eating fatty". Trust me, I say that to myself everyday but it's obviously and sadly not working...
Thanks!
