Im Trying To Setup My Ps2 To My Monitor. Will This Setup Work

Setting up PS2 with Sylvania TV?

I have a Sylvania TV..not sure of the exact model number. It has one video and one audio output in the front. I have the coordinating plugs attached into them. I cannot get a picture for my PS2. I have tried anything I could think of, but..my options are limited.
The TV has NO remote control. And, if I push the menu on the tv itself, the only options there are is 'Picture' 'Channel Set' 'Language' 'V-chip set up' and 'Caption'

I cannot directly change the channels without a remote, which, I find is ridiculous as hell. I can change the channels if I go to the "channel set" option. I've done this, I've tried channels 2, 3,..and 4. And still NOTHING.

What the hell do I need to get my ps2 to work with my TV? I'm supposing I will need to go purchase a universal remote to switch to video/game mode. Someone, who knows and is not guessing for points, please..let me know.

How can you connect a ps2 keyboard without restarting your computer???

Get PS2->USB converters and connect the KVM cables to the computers with them. To the computers, the keyboard and mouse will look like USB devices so everything will work fine. I'm typing this on exactly that setup, and it works well.

Is it possible to hook up 6-10 PCs to one monitor?

Yes, a KVM switch - Wikipedia can be used to connect and switch between multiple computers connected to a single monitor (and mouse and keyboard).Switches for up to 4 PCs are quite common, the devices start to get quite a bit more expensive beyond that. It’s also less expensive for them to work only with analog VGA video connections rather than digital DVI/HDMI/DisplayPort connections, especially at high resolutions.I have no affiliation with them, but Black Box is one of the more reputable vendors in the industry for higher-end KVM switches.

How do I connect my PS4 to my laptop using hdmi cable?

You cannot cause both device’s HDMI Out.

Where is the AUX button on a Philips TV?

Connect vcr ps2 to tv?

Ok, so your TV only has 1 RFU-coax cable input. No problem. You will need 1 coax-cable (looks like the TV-cable cable) - available at most stores over near the TVs. They come in different lengths and should be fairly cheap. You don't need a very long one.

First, connect the TV-cable from your wall to your VCR's input. Now, use your 2nd coax cable to connect your VCR to your TV. The VCR will act as a pass-thru, so your TV should work normally. You can also use the VCR's remote to change channels when watching cable.

Finally, connect your PS2's yellow/red/white cables to another INPUT of the VCR. Most VCRs have 1 input in the back, and another in the front. They are labeled things like "aux1" or "input1" or something similar.

To play the PS2, turn on the VCR as if you're going to watch a video tape. Use the VCR's remote to change its input to the one where you connected the PS2 (Input1 or whatever.) You should now see the PS2 on the TV screen.

Note: While this setup will work fine for playing games, due to the copy protection system known as Macrovision, you will not be able to play DVD movies on the PS2 through the VCR. If you wish to do this, you should get a RFU-video switch that allows you to connect multiple devices to a single input on a TV. This switch should be located over near the TV cables, and should only cost $20 or so.
