How do you get out of a bad mood?

Go fencing, shooting, or blast some Dragonforce or something while driving... troll through Yahoo Answers or seriously try to answer other people's questions (whichever I feel like doing), lose myself in a good book... I don't know. I just got ditched, so I'm in a bad mood and none of this is helping me... but, maybe it'll help you.

How to get out of a bad mood?

You just get diverted from the negative behavior of the person by keeping your self busy . Get diverted by doing some constructive activities . Keep your mind fresh by listening ti music , going for long walks preferably with a good friend . Get your self busy with the house hold work or try new recipes and enjoy .You will come out of the bad mood with in no time . All the best !

How to get rid of the bad mood ?

well this sounds like you just need to pull yourself up by the britches and snap out of it! i have the same problem, don't let anyone diagnosis you, its just a lack of self discipline which is a slum anyone can get into. trust me, get into a regimen of not going to bed late and getting up not too late, don't watch too much TV, and maybe pick up a good book or hobby. do this for a while and see what happens. also think positively and maybe try keeping a journal of your thoughts, these are the things i do and it works for me!

How do I get my Mom out of a bad mood?

She is stressed right now cause tomorrow we have a lot going on, and she is in such a mood! Like the people I babysit for, she told me she called them and explained I couldn't sit today because I have family in town, and they said that they took care of it. And I said, thanks mom, i hope they didnt find another babysitter. So she FREAKED OUT and was like "im doing the best I can blah blah" and slammed the door in my face!

In our life everybody wants to avoid bad. And if they encounter something bad they want to get rid of it. For example people want to get out of bad relationships. They want to get rid of bad friends or bad relatives.Now anything has effect over you if you give credibility to it. That is if you believe it has an effect over you. just stop doing it. Don’t think much about them. In that way even if you encounter them they will come to pass.In life there are some things you can’t fight. Emotions are one of such things. Compare your thoughts with a bucket of water who has some undissolved impurities in it. Now to purify such a water you can take something which will only allow water to pass through it. Be like that thing. Your bad mood is an undissolved impurity. Don’t think it’s a part of you. It won’t stay. Same thing goes for good mood. So the best thing is to stay calm and not be perturbed when you have a bad mood or be very happy when you have a good mood.All things come to pass whether good or bad. If there is light there is darkness also. When day ends night begins and vice versa.So even nature has a perfect balance of light and dark. And if you think deeply it got to be that way to make a perfect or interesting sense. Just imagine a movie where there is no villain. Everyone is happy and movie ends. Nobody will like such a movie.For example Many people admire The Dark Night batman movie. And they admire Joker also along with batman.So good mood or bad mood. It doesn’t matter. It will pass. Don’t pay much attention to mood rather the circumstances and make yourself emotionally strong so that circumstances causing you the bad mood doesn’t affect you that much.
