In A Terrible Spot And Falling Apart Help

My legs feel like they are falling apart. Please HELP.?

I am a very active 18 year old girl and I run track, during the off season I run 3 miles everyday, competitively swim, cross fit, lift weights, and recently started riding bikes. I try to eat as healthy as I can! But it's hard when you live in southwest Louisiana! But I do try to eat a lot of protein and when the time of the month hits, I just spot! But other than that, I have a HUGE appetite! But my question is my legs! I have ran track all four years of high school and every year I have the SAME problem! My feet and leg HURT! Right now I just came home from practice (icing my legs, they finally feel better) and I didn't even run but a few take offs and I feel like my muscles are ripping apart and my bone is being hit by hammers! If you put pressure on my bones I scream and I cried just from my little of a workout today! At night when I sleep, they hurt just as bad and I have to take muscle relaxers just to sleep cause they throb! I always have good shoes and make sure I have the right insoles and keep everything in good condition! I take LOTS of pain relievers just so I can run at practice and events! (but today I didn't take any) I've been to my family doctor but all he has EVER said is that its shin splints! I don't know what else to do cause I'm in so much pain! could this be something worse?

Anyone read Things Fall Apart?

I'm TRYING to read this terribly boring book, and if you could answer ANY of these questions, it would help so much.
Ch. 8
1. Describe how Okonkwo feels about Ezinma, his daughter.
2. Explain the question Okonkwo is asking: “‘Where are the young suckers that will grow when the old banana tree dies?’”
3. Why doesn’t Okonkwo think of Ndulue as a strong man?
4. What do the last few paragraphs of the chapter foreshadow?

Ch. 9
5. What is different about Okonkwo’s relationship with Ekwefi versus his other two wives?
6. According to the medicine man, why did Ekwefi’s children keep dying?
7. What is the iyi-uwa?

Ch. 10
8. Who are the egwugwu, and why are they important to the villages?
9. How do the villagers show respect for the egwugwu?

What is wrong with my fish? It's falling apart! Its fins are deteriorating.?

I have a betta fish, and his back fin looks like it has been shredded. Little bits of it are falling off. This just started happening about two days ago, and I'm not sure what's going on. Its not discolored or anything, just falling apart. Also, he's not eating. Is this terminal, do you think?

Have you ever witnessed a startup fall apart from terrible customer service?

Nope.Customer Service means startup has customers. Terrible Customer Service means startup has a critical mass of customers for whom service level is perceptibly / measurably terrible.A startup can have a critical mass of customers comes only after its leaders execute well on upstream functions like product / service development, sales, marketing and customer experience. The same leaders are generally smart enough to spot bad customer service before it turns terrible and take corrective action to remedy it before the startup begins to fall apart OR to take a strategic decision to continue with bad service for a greater good. All of us regularly come across "tone-deaf" suppliers. But TIL that ignoring customer complaints is actually advocated as a conscious growth strategy. @reidhoffman @PayPal https://t.co/BISgJMwYtx via @FortuneMagazine pic.twitter.com/GZXk4E14VJ— S.Ketharaman (@s_ketharaman) October 29, 2018
So, while customer service is extremely important, it’s not a make-or-break function.Ditto Employee Satisfaction BTW.Does Amazon's work culture show that you can't both mollycoddle employees & delight customers at the same time? http://t.co/8s81Gpi7Qy?— S.Ketharaman (@s_ketharaman) August 27, 2015
Just to clarify, customer delight is an outcome of Customer Experience rather than Customer Service function. Ergo, it’s possible for a company to have great CX and poor Customer Service.Customer Experience is not same as Customer Service. After enjoying great CX when nothing went wrong in 15+ years, it's only after facing acute delivery problems in the recent past that I realize that Amazon has never provided phone, email or chat support.— S.Ketharaman (@s_ketharaman) December 15, 2017

Black spot on tooth..?

probably tooth is dead - root has died inside tooth.. ive been there and there is no pain to make you notice, but if you dont get it fixed it WILL either fall apart, become absyss (oohhh way bad thing-painful and dangerous), or BOTH!!!.. if it is matter of $$ you can always have it pulled which is wayyy cheaper than the root canal done to treat dead root tooth. btw, a root canal done right is much less pain than a filling because nerve is already dead so no feeling,... but if you wait and postpone treatment it will cost more later as it will not be one piece or will have absyss to treat... most likely dentist messed up the original filling or it is just old and gunk got into crevices and into inside of tooth where toothbrush and floss can never get to
