When a guy holds eye contact until you look away does that mean he's annoyed by you?
When I was in class I kept looking at this guy I like . I turned again and I caught him staring back at me and he looked like he was smiling but he always looks pretty happy so I don't know. We held eye contact around 4 seconds and I smiled and then turned away. Usually if a guy likes you he would quickly look away right??? Also, before class started when I walked in, he immediately crossed one arm/did a partial arm cross...and I heard that's negative body language :/ Could he be annoyed at me for staring at him or could he possibly like me??
How can you judge a person in just 5 minutes while you are interviewing?
In each passing minute there are a lot of important and few self defining moments of which one can judge your personality.-when you don't make an eye contact-When at the end you don't ask them about the job you are going to get(sometimes)-When you are not able to tell them about yourself clearly.>like what you are , and who you are. There is a huge difference between these two questions.-When you don't smile and greet . Smiling face shows that you are happy and confident , and these are such kind of people who they want.and i guess this picture speaks a thousand word

When a girl smiles at you what does that mean? Girls, when you smile at a guy are you just being polite or is that to show you like him? Or is it for a completely diffirent reason or no reason at all. Thanks
Should I apply for a job in a restaurant online or in person?
definitely in person. Go during a time of day when the restaurant is not too busy (early afternoon). Bring a resume/app and seek to speak with the manager. Introduce yourself and express excitement at the prospect of working at the restaurant. Managers are more likely to invite someone they have met for an interview. Let them know you are willing to do any job available at the restaurant because you may have to start with busing tables or dishwashing if you are new.
