Yes they did. It is implied in the episode "all things" and also confirmed by a villain (the mustached magnetite guy) who says he has been watching scully for a while. He says he knows her blood type, her clothing size, her real hair color, and that he was surprised she invited Mulder into her bed one lonely night. I don't recall the episode name, but it might be "William." It's definitely in season 9 as I just rewatched it recently. The episode "empedocles" reveals that scully tried in vitro, but it failed. I think they did this just to show that the baby was naturally conceived, even if William has special powers.

Commander Data from Star Trek.He's an android and has a faster processor than any computer we can even fathom, and his hacking abilities have been proven, so a few seconds and he has hacked the World Bank and US Government without leaving a trace, so now I have unlimited funds and access to the entire US satellite system (if I would even need the US system, as I also have access to the entirety of Star Fleet.) On top of that his strength is matched by no human and a very few amount of aliens. Plus as seen in Star Trek: First Contact, he is immune to bullets, which is nice.2. River Tam from FireflyShe is a psychic, but because she is a man made psychic she qualifies for this list. She can take one look at a room, fire a gun seemingly randomly, and everyone in that room is dead. It turns out she is very skilled with blades, and she fought off an entire hoard of reevers, she would have no problem taking care of a few goons. I am confident that Data could quickly devise a solution to help prevent breakdowns.3. Leroy Jethro Gibbs from NCISEvery 4-man team needs a sniper, Gibbs is your man. He was a Marine Corps sniper and has not lost his skill during his years with NCIS. He is also a skilled investigator, and could easily work with Commander Data to find who I was looking for, as well as with River’s psychic abilities. Gibbs would just sit up on a ridge 2 miles out and take out guys one by one.4. Captain Rex from Star Wars: The Clone WarsCaptain Rex is a clone of the most skilled bounty hunter in the entire galaxy, and his combat skills are unmatched by anyone except Jedi. He is a Captain in the elite 501st Legion, and he just so happens to be ARC trooper qualified, as shown by his shoulder armor accessory. He has armor which will protect him from anything except a plasma blaster bolt, which the warlord won't have, and he's a clone trooper, not a stormtrooper, so he can actually hit things. On top of that he is in close contact with Anakin Skywalker, which moght be nice.
