Which Hindi movie copied the theme song from The Good, the Bad and the Ugly?

Film: Jal Bin Machhli Nritya Bin Bijlisong: Taro me sajke apne suraj seThe tune you are talking about start from time 0.43 in this song and it is used in further in the song too :) I first encountered this song when I was in 8th grade during my School Annual Function. While listining to this song I realized a tune which I found familer. I have heard this in The Looney tunes show in some of its episodes of when there is some sort of cowboy faceoff. What instrument is used to make the 'Wa Wa Waaaah' at the beginning of 'The Good, The Bad and The Ugly' theme?

There are various, in both Ennio Morricone's original and Hugo Montenegro's popular cover. Human voices, a harmonica, some sort of large flute, etc.Everyone knows about the legendary Morricone, but a word about Montenegro...Hugo was a mediocre composer of “chirpy” film and TV scores and themes – NONE of which were ever hits. But the theme from “The Good, The Bad And The Ugly” was such a great piece, it was hard NOT to make it sound interesting. And so Hugo set to work to arrange a cover version – and ended up creating the best thing he ever DID. Whether he was inspired by the brilliant Morricone piece (a so-so musician often finds themselves raising their GAME when pitted against a master) or just got lucky, we will never know. Suffice to say the record sold BIG-TIME.Footnote: if you want to hear the piece in question, click on......but if you want to hear the MASTER, I created the following, with a SHORT intro by one of the musicians who was THERE...

What are some of the greatest shots in film history?

I think these are the greatest moments of last 20-25 years of Hollywood film history,Inglourious Basterds – THE PUB SCENEThe scene in the pub is a masterpiece of tension — Tarantino defines the space, introduces the characters, sets the main conflict, then holds … and holds … and holds … until you’re biting your nails and watching through one eye.The Social Network – THE BREAKUPRooney Mara and Jesse Eisenberg talk at the speed of light — ideas bounce back and forth, points are missed, feelings are hurt. In a few spare minutes, we see the entire destruction of a relationship, yet we can’t stop smiling.Fight Club – WHERE IS MY MIND?Norton and Helena stand in front of a large window, holding hands like children, watching the end of the world.Lost in Translation – THE WHISPERIt’s the end of Lost in Translation and Bill Murray whispers in Scarlett Johansson’s ear a goodbye. We never know what he saysNo Country for Old Men – THE COIN FLIPThe scene reminds us that there is not always a choice with evil, sometimes it just shows up, and no matter how good a man you may be, one day you may come face to face with the Devil. The Silence of the Lambs – FAVA BEANS AND A NICE CHIANTIThe two flirt, exchange ideas, challenge, and try to use one another … while never losing a certain bizarre respect.Jurassic Park – IN THE KITCHENthe only thing scarier than a velociraptor is a velociraptor in an enclosed space.Se7en – THE BOXDavid Fincher’s greatest scene, the ending of Se7ev is a nearly flawless study in tension, dramatic irony, and horror. We know the killer is in charge.Up – THE INTROwe see a man’s life. That doesn’t sound like much, but I promise you it is. With exacting detail and not a wasted frame, the creators of the film manage to show us a man’s entire relationship with his wife, the good times and bad, the hopes, dreams and desires, the life and then death, and the inevitable loneliness that follows.Pulp Fiction – JACKRABBIT SLIM’SMia is Vincent’s boss’ wife, and he has been told to take her out. They go to a 50s cafe, they order a milkshake, and despite his best intentions, Vincent starts to fall for her. He fights it. They talk. He fights it some more. They keep talking. Then the music starts, and they go on the dance floor, and they twist. You can find some others here: 25 greatest movie scenes of the last 25 years

Anybody know the name of a song that I hear a lot in western things on tv?

It's possible I've heard it on at the simpons, among other shows, and it has to be from a movie, but it is not from The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly, I am sure of that.

It's kind of a sad theme, I think it consists of whistling, or something that sounds like it, and it's always used in the context of a staredown or duel, if anyone knows, that'd be great, it's been bugging me for some time.
