How do I fix BlueStacks when it won't open?

How to fix Bluestack when it’s not loading/openingI had this same issue yesterday but before I could google this out I made a quick fix. However my solution could be helpful to Windows 8 users.Steps to fix this.If Bluestack was recently installed/running on your system that means your PC probably have the minimum requirements already (i.e 2 GB of RAM, 4 GB of Hard Disk/Drive space to accommodate the Bluestack files.) else make sure your PC meets the aforementioned requirements.Go to your Program files and uninstall Bluestack (correctly).Go to your Bluestack offline installer exe file and try installing it again.when installing it (after it has been successfully uninstalled from your Program files) if you get an error message… that your system’s graphics card doesn’t support bluestack. (that will a little bit throw you off guard, you may be thinking… why was I able to install it successfully before this current issue?).Kindly refresh your desktop, right-click, (if you use NVIDIA Graphics card, fine) scroll to where you have it, click and go to your ‘global setting’ tab and select ‘High-performance NVIDIA processor..Note: if you don’t know where to find your Graphics card, the easiest way to find your graphics card is to run the DirectX Diagnostic Tool: Click Start. On the Start menu, click Run. In the Open box, type "dxdiag" (without the quotation marks), and then click OK.. voila you will see for yourself the complete DirectX details including your processor speed, graphics card e.t.c and remember to select the “Best Performance” in your Graphics Card Control Panel.Final step, go back to your installation and enjoy a smooth installation process (for me, I love to uncheck app notification boxes, you can do that for Bluestack too if it’s ok by you.)At this point you must have a working/fast internet connection to enable your apps run fine on the Bluestack android emulator.Working screenshot of my Bluestack app.

I used to play coc in bluestacks earlier but recently they made the software pretty lame.Idk why the latest bluestacks creates a problem. After playing coc I pressed shut down button to turn off but it doesn’t turn off it gets stuck in something like bootloop. My guess is that the recent app does something with the normal booting process of windowsso if you play on the version which was a year back then you shouldn’t face the problemIf you face the same problem as me just uninstall bluestacks and your pc will work fine again

Does bluestacks slow down our pc?

BlueStacks is made to run android on windows PC using the virtualization technology to run android application. If your machine specification is not good then running multiple application on your PC will put pressure on cpu, ram and gpu which in turn can make your PC behave slow. If you have low spec. machine then try to manage your pc resources by closing other apps. But if you have a good spec. machine then no worries, you can use it freely with the best experience. For checking the minimum machine requirement to run BlueStacks, you can check its support page.

How do I install Google Play apps on Windows 10?

You can run Android apps on a Windows PC or laptop using an Android emulator app. BlueStacks is one solution, but you can find other as well. The BlueStacks App Player is free to use. The program will allow you to run Android apps on your Windows machine, but as it’s not a full Android emulator you won’t get the full Android experience. In order to use BlueStacks you'll have to sign-in with a Google account; if you don't have already have one you'll need to sign up for one as you would on any Android device.A key emphasis of BlueStacks is on playing Android games under Windows, so when you run BlueStacks most of the screen will be taken up with game suggestions. However, unlike some similar packages, BlueStacks includes Google Play, so you can search for and install apps in just the same way as with a true Android phone or tablet.Secondly, with some apps, the screen looked very pixelated although this is probably inevitable on a large PC screen when you’re using an app that had been written for a small low-resolution screen.Thirdly, on a non-touchscreen PC, zooming with apps that expect pinch- and reverse-pinch gestures can be problematic. BlueStacks’ support pages suggest that Crtl + and Ctrl - should work, but we didn’t find that to be the case and it seems that it’s probably app-dependent.A solution that claims to provide you with a full Android emulation on your PC is YouWave. Whether the issue of full Android compatibility is an asset compared to the app player approach of BlueStacks, we’re not so sure. YouWave uses Oracle VM VirtualBox as the emulation engine but, paradoxically, if you already have VirtualBox installed you have to uninstall it before installing YouWave.
