ANSWER:
1. They are looking for a person that is proactive in identifying ways that you will add value to the company. If you have had experience in a store or business then think of examples where you raised points with management and these were applied and resulted in money being made......
2. Looking for people that listen to customers (empathy is good) and then solved the problem in a way that improved the position of the company. this can be achieved by asking yourself what is the hardest thing you did to make a customer happy without compromising the company
3.Looking for LEADERSHIP. Lead by example, show initiative and always encourage team work with a goal that meets the companies goals.

Master these then you have the battle of the interview undercontrol.

How do you handle constructive criticism in a productive manner? (just bite the bullet when having to answer for unavoidable situations and using that experience to improve upon. it is never personal.)

How do you manage your time effectively? (by use of online calendars, actual hard copy date planners and also by plotting out each day so that all duties will be completed in a timely manner)

How do you handle sudden unplanned work or crisis? (if impossible to complete during deadline, ask for assistance. if you can squeeze it in between daily duties, absolutely go for it, but make sure that your supervisor is made aware of progress so that your regular work is not falling behind)

How do you handle high pressure situations? (by breathing deeply, planning out every move and procedure and also by keeping requestors in the loop so that they can work with you if more time is needed)

Give examples of how you are a self starter, able to work without supervision? (just by going back to my calendars or planners and working from there. if additional duties are needed, just ask your supervisor for things to fill the gaps, and will also show them that you are proactive)

How do you express yourself in situations where you have to be tactful? (don't think too hard like you're searching for that perfect answer. just be yourself and tell them like it is, but also analyzing your words as you speak so that you do not stumble or slip your tongue)

Childcare interview questions. HELP!?

They'll ask you questions about your education and your background first to kind of get an idea of where you're coming from. Back when I first started working in child care I had zero experience and they asked me very general questions like, "How would you handle such and such a situation," "Why do you want to work with children," very basic things that are pretty much common sense. If you're feeling nervous, then go on the child care center's website (if they have one) and poke around there. Try to incorporate some of what they say into their answers. For example, the center I currently work at has a strict no time outs policy, and going into the interview I knew that one. Even though I share that philosophy and tend to think of it as common knowledge, when they asked me how I handled discipline in the classroom I made sure to answer that I did not use time outs. If all else fails, when you don't know the answer to a question, be honest! Say something like, "At this point and time I am not exactly sure how I would deal with that so I would look to my co-teacher for support."

Lifeguard interview questions.?

First answer: I would politely ask the young patron to stop and tell him the consequences of his actions if he continues.
2nd answer: I would assume it is a spinal injury if there is a diving board tell someone to call EMS then perform a Head and chin support. If there is no diving board I would tell someone to call EMS then I would extract the patron and provide rescue breathing and CPR as necessary.
(Remember the EAP)
3rd: Tell the truth, employers like honest workers, not but kissers.

Cant think of any extra questions except the ones that have to do with CPR and rescue breathing. (Remember 30:2)

Job Interview question: help! what is your favorite color and why?

Are you serious? I know that people with certain personality traits may love certain colours. I don't know it they are trying to figure out your personality type by your favourite colour. e.g.

People who love red.......seem to be more extroved and outgoing.

People who love orange they say are charismatic and will make great sales representatives/do well in business

People who love yellow.....are more shy and introverted and so on.......

I don't know if this is the reason they are asking. This is just something for you to think about.
