Cannot invite members to group?
This is what works for me. Select "Management" then "Manage Members" from the drop down menu. A list of members should appear. The “Invite” button is to the right at the top of the list. Click it and a box will open in which you can type the email address of someone you want to invite to join. If you want to invite more than one person, press enter or the space bar after the first email address and a second box will open for the second email address. And so on. When your invitee receives the email, they should click “Join this group”. They will have 2 options. They can create a Yahoo ID which will give them full access to the group, or they can click on the option that will allow them to join without creating and ID. Option 2 will allow them to receive group emails but they will not have access to all group features.
Invited to join a private group, but no "join" button visible on group page.?
I received an email invitation to join a private group and clicked through to the group page using the "join group" button in the email. This text appears under the welcome banner: "You have received a pre-approved invitation from the group moderator. Click the join button to become a member. You will subscribed to the group mailing list. You can access the messages archive, photos, files and web tools when you sign in with your Yahoo ID." Great, I've been approved… except there's no join button to click. Under the "about group" banner, despite the "you have been approved" language just above it, it says that the group is closed and I can't join. I am signed in to my yahoo account, so it's not that. I tried two different browsers. Any insights? Thank you for your help!
I open a group and I invited people to it. But it wants them to sign up for yahoo. do they need one?
When an invitee receives the email, they should click “Join this group”. They will have 2 options. Why when I join a group do I see the message: Oops you need to be a member to perform this action?
I am having the same problem! Six days ago, I created a closed group, and the first ten invitees had no trouble joining... but the eleventh has tried repeatedly to join, and keeps seeing exactly the same message you're seeing. (And since Yahoo's "Add Members" feature was discontinued as of May 20th, 2013, I cannot do the joining for him.) Please help us, Yahoo???

What to title an evite invitation for a group of ex-coworkers?
I'm trying to put together an evite invitation for a get together, and I can not think of a title. This is a group of ex coworkers that worked together for ten+ years prior to the business closing. My co-host and I thought of having the get together for a dinner at an Italian restaurant close to the old work place. I was thinking of something such as "A Walk Down Memory Lane" or something like that. Are there any suggestions?

When you leave the house, the doors are locked from the inside; and if you had the keys prior to dashing out of there, then they are assigned to someone else inside the house. Since you can't get into the house once you leave, you won't be able to be a part of the conversations and day to day ongoings. I was invited to a party but my friend wasn't?
When a person holds a party they may invite whom ever they please. They are paying the freight, so It's NOT the place of invitees to question their reasons for not inviting any one. If you feel comfortable going to the party have fun. If not don't go. In either case don't worry about it, and don't try to start a confrontation between these two girls.
How do I join a group in GroupMe?
Someone in the group must add you, or you have to create the group yourself. If a group has a share url, you can join it by visiting that link.
