Is A Guy Babysitter Weird Or Creepy

Have you ever had a weird babysitter?

My mother’s co-worker’s 17 year-old son was hired to babysit my 9 year-old sister, 5 year-old brother, and 10 year-old me. Let’s call him, “Bob”.Bob was a really big and intimidating guy with long hair but he seemed nice for the most part. He was really in to the group, KISS, and would actually wear the makeup during the day and even wore it once to babysit my sister, brother, and me. How my parents didn’t see this as a warning sign is anyone’s guess. But, it was the 70’s and (I think??) parents were a little bit more trusting.Anyhow, Bob did a few really weird things. One of them was he “taught” my sister (who was born with birth defects affecting her heart) how to properly smoke. I knew that that couldn’t be a good thing so I took the cigarette away and said he could teach me instead (I had no health issues). After pretending to smoke I never touched another cigarette in my life. My sister, on the other hand, smoked for years and had a plethora of health problems.Another weird thing Bob did was wait for my sister and I to go to sleep and he would sneak into our bedroom to scare us. He held two cigarettes up to his eyes and in the dark it looked like demon eyes and then he would say he had to sleep in our bed because he was afraid. He slipped into my sister’s bed and again, I said, “she wets the bed” to deter him from “sleeping” with her and he would come into my bed. I just didn’t want him hurting my little sister because she was learning disabled and had so many health problems. Even at a young age I “took one for the team” as they say but I don’t remember him doing anything sexual except he asked to hold my training bra. Maybe I blanked it out of my mind.Believe it or not, the absolute weirdest thing Bob did was he (claimed) had a baby skull on top of a walking stick and a black cape and top hat. He made my sister, brother, and me walk up and down the street in our pajamas chanting some weird words. I remember my little brother being terrified of the whole thing and gripping on to his blanket with one hand and my arm with his other hand.Bob was just a little strange.

Creepy babysitter, help?? PLEASE!?

ok, im 14, and have a couple younger siblings. my parents didn't trust me with them, so they hired this babysitter, whos 16. i don't like her, and when ever she comes over, she usually corners me, and starts stroking my hair n stuff. I tell her to stop, shes always pressing against me and kissing me. I told my parents and they don't believe me. they think Im just being stupid or something. shes always really sweet in front of them.
The other night she came up behind me and wrapped her arms around me, and started feeling my crotch. HELP?? what should I do?? she doesn't stop when I ask her, she just laughs. and I can't prove anything!!

Is it weird that I'm babysitting my teacher's kids?

He's my math teacher, and he has three kids: a daughter who is ten, a son who is seven, and another daughter who is four. He seems to be happy with me, saying I'm the only sitter who has gotten his four year old daughter to bed before he got home. But then he drives me home afterwards, which can be kind of awkward. Is it normal for teenagers to babysit their teacher's kids?

Does a normal boy need a babysitter at 13?

Most 13 year olds would not need a babysitter, but it depends on the child.I wouldn’t hesitate to leave my youngest son, who is 13, at home by himself during the day. I would possibly be a bit more cautious at night, but more for my son’s sake than for mine—I would be concerned that he might worry if he heard an unexpected noise. One of my nieces would never stay home alone even when she was in her mid to late teens. There are even adults who don’t like being alone in a house at night.Parents know their children best and are therefore in the best position to know what their children are capable of. Some 13 year olds are very immature and can’t be trusted not to get into trouble. (It was years before I could rely on my sons to lock the door behind them when they came home from school. They would just forget, despite being repeatedly told to lock the door). Other kids might panic if something went wrong, for example if there was an intruder or a fire. While the chances of that happening are slim, it’s not impossible, as news stories show us.Basically, there is no one-size-fits-all rule for leaving your children at home alone. Most 13 year olds would be more than capable of being left at home without a babysitter, but there might be others—even those who are neurotypical—who shouldn’t be left alone at that age. However, having a ‘babysitter’ is demeaning for a teenager. A better option is to have a couple of friends over to keep him company—include one a couple of years older if you can. As long as you know the other teens are responsible, that should work.

Do you think it's weird that I like babysitting kids?

I don't know. I'm thinking people might find it odd and think I like hanging around little kids like I'm a creep or something. But I love kids and babies, not sure why, but I'm good with them. I babysit my cousins son a lot and I offer to watch him for free like I'll say "hey do you need a babysitter any time soon" and she'll drop him off. But does it also seem like I don't have a life so I spend my time with little kids? Am I overthinking my life?

Do you think it's weird for a teenager to offer to watch a young child for free because they think it's fun? I love spending time with him and watching him learn and grow. We usually watch movies together, read, play cars, play fight, basketball, football, kid stuff and I find it fun
