Are cloned items from China legal for someone to sell in Canada/U.S.?
If an item does not have a trademark or logo, it's some douche claiming it's "just like" the original product and is legal to sell. Everyone needs to learn at least once that "just like" usually means "not remotely." If the brand name is actually on the fake product, it's illegal and you'll often find out after you pay, that the item will not make it through US customs. You'll still have paid them, but it isn't their fault you tried to smuggle it into the US. A lot of the websites you think are in the US aren't.
Does Wal-Mart sell inferior quality products under the same name brand?
I am curious because some circulate rumors that for example the same oil that you buy at Wal-Mart for your car is worse of a quality than at a car-parts store because suppliers cut quality in order to meet Wal-Mart super low purchase costs.
Is it legal to sell first copy apparels of international brands?
Any kind of copy being sold is not legal. If when you say copy here, you mean defective seconds then by asking the company for rights you could sell that in a Factory outlet or a seconds store as they call it.You can change the label, create a logo that looks similar like Nokla, Soni/Sonyy, Reebook, Addidas and the off springs that have come up on the streets in the years past (seen lots of them in India and China), and can get away without being sued for selling copies.Most often, design of the products, the logo, the brand name are trademarked(TM). As long as your copies can avoid their use, you can slip through the cracks in the legal system.(if there are any in your country)Bottom line- there is no legal way to sell a rip off.

Both of those are fake The official site Michaelkors.com is the ONLY site selling authentic Michael Kors items that is allowed to use the terms "Kors" or Michaelkors" anywhere in their domain name. Any other site you find using either name is actually breaking the law -- it's called trademark infringement. There is NO online Michael Kors official outlet. say u get ur license 16 in the US. but that kind of license has limitation rite? as i hv mine in Canada, Edmonton 16 but it's comes w/ a rules. that wil be when a 16 w/ license is driving, he/she must accompany w/ an adult whose over 21 wt a license 2. anyway, even thou u hv a US license. u stil hv to apply 4 an extra Int'l License to drive in other countries. this 1 i m sure. so.... if u r under 18 & wanna hv an Int'l 1. i dun think they wil issue to u until u r 18. is that clear my man?
