Is it safe to buy cosmetics off of ebay?
I'm just curious. A bit wary of ordering makeup off ebay...how do you know that it hasn't been opened/tampered with? Maybe I'm skeptical but are there sellers that'll sell unopened cosmetics (mainly high end brands like Lancome, Mac, etc)

Heck. No. There is no way to determine the quality of what you're buying and there are no guaranteed warranties to be had. With the prevalence of counterfeit goods and cheap Chinese imports, I recommend against it.

How do people in Africa shop online and ship products from the U.S.A?
