Is He In Trouble Or Was He Just Drunk

Does a drunk mouth speak a sober heart?

Well you should no longer be his friend. Being trashed does NOT, REPEAT, DOES not make you act out of character or your normally established parameters. It just takes down the inhibitions that stop you from saying things that are normally easily restrained. Your friend is an immature idiot. I had a buddy like this for many years and we no longer hang out. He would say "Oh I must have been drunk or something". That is ABSOLUTELY NO EXCUSE FOR YOUR ACTIONS. He should stay sober if he has to use that excuse so it is NOT cool for him to get trashed.

Can you get arrested if you are in the car with a drunk driver, but you your self are not drunk?

I have a friend who constantly drinks when she's driving. it's terrifying and i try to convince her out of it all of the time, but usually it's too late. i told her how much trouble she could get in, as well as how dangerous it is.
i just want to arm my self with more knowledge, hoping it can help her.

can i get in trouble if i'm in the car as well? i only have my permit, but i know how to drive. not that way i might add, so if i was pulled over i'd be in big trouble so i can't drive. but say i'm just in the passengers seat and i'm not drunk at all. please let me know!

He said I love you while he was drunk. Does he really love me?

He might have jumped the gun but at least there is substance behind his proclamation.Remember that men fall harder and faster for women than women for men (in general) - psychology 101He is infatuated with you enough to believe ta Intense enough to call “love”I would bet on it without having to have witnessed it. Unless you have testimony from his frat brothers about him habit multiple women lovers, I would chalk it up to a drunk, yet sincere moment without giving the word “love” then thought it normal deserves. If him being drunk is not a normal condition and he takes the time apologize or gabe a respectful conversation about his behabior, then don't be too alarmed.Take his denial at face value due to his normally being a polished gentleman But next time, see if he is normally his out of control or reckless as you and he get closer and more familiar with each other. Call him out if he loses control again and tell him, teasingly, you are beginning to thing he is an “out of control” party addict

Was Dean Martin really drunk all the time? Or was that just his act?

Dean Martin was an underrated talent in many areas. As a vocalist he never got his due (“Volare” and “Canadian Sunset” are sublime recordings). He was much funnier than Jerry Lewis, was a quick wit, a good athlete (boxing/golf) and a terrific dramatic actor “Ada”, Toys In the Attic”, “Rio Bravo”, “Some Came Running” and “Mr. Ricco” are prime examples. Check out his dramatic turn in a 1964 episode of “Rawhide”, available on You Tube. What does this mean? Simple… Dean Martin was not an alcoholic. In fact, he was usually the first one to bed so he could rise early to play golf.It would have been pure idiocy for NBC-Universal to invest millions into a lazy drunkard. During his years with NBC 1965–1985, he continued to perform live, record, and star in major films. Does that work load coincide with a sot? Not likely. Mr. Martin was also the single, largest individual owner of RCA stock in the world, RCA being, at the time, the parent company of NBC-Universal. He was worth millions at the time of his death. A permanently inebriated clown usually isn’t a savvy investor.Martin picked up the drunk routine from others like George Jessel and Phil Harris. It was a gimick, something to identify with him in the wake of the Martin-Lewis break up.It IS true that he began drinking more after the death of his eldest son (not his only boy as previously stated). After 1987 he greatly curtailed his live performances. He also had health issues prior to his retirement in 1991. Martin was not a drunk, however. When asked if he drank a lot during an interview at Wimbeldon in 1983, he said “YOU probably drink more than I do.”

If a person said "I love you" when he was drunk, did he really mean it? Did he forget "what he said when he was drunk", when he was normal?

It really depends on the circumstances. How drunk was the person? Are they a raging alcoholic? Are they a social drinker who just happened to have a few too many? Were they drunk to the point of being in a blackout state?Furthermore, when the person said, “I love you,” is this something they had said to you before? Is this a sentiment that they’ve relayed to you in the past? Because if it is, it’s probably just drunk talk. If it isn’t, it might be that the alcohol allowed them to say something they’ve wanted to say. That it required them to be drunk is another matter altogether, obviously, but as I've heard it said, “A drunk man’s words are a sober man’s thoughts,” and I agree with that.As to whether or not they remember it—if they were in a blackout state, then no, probably not. If they were simply tipsy and in their tipsiness acted more drunk than they actually were, which does happen; intoxication can cause a heightened and false sense of inebriation; (high school kids on one wine cooler aren’t as drunk as they might act), in such instances, they probably do remember it.Intoxicated people do have a tendency to run their mouths, so it really is hard to tell in this scenario. The “I love you, man….” is a common trope for the drunk, and if they carried on and on repeating it, I wouldn’t put much stock in it. But if this was an “I love you” came across in a romantic manner from someone who wasn’t babbling on and on, then it’s quite possible they did mean it. It might have been the case that their drunken behavior may have been a catalyst for them saying something they were otherwise too nervous to say. Best thing to do is wait until the next day, when they’ve sobered up, and have a conversation—not a judgmental or an angry one, as drinker’s remorse is real and should be taken into consideration—and try to clarify what they meant when they said what they said.Good luck trying to figure it out.

Why does my husband only want to have sex when he's drunk?

I don't know if I'm the only one who has this problem or not. My husband only likes to have sex with me when he's drunk though. It confuses me a lot. He pressures me into drinking, and of course I do! He's my best friend, my husband. my everything. I can't say no to that face. He gets really depressed when I tell him no to alcohol. So I'm kind of forced to drink with him. "If you can't beat em, join em" right??? Ugh. I don't know what to do. When I deny him sex, he gets himself off, with his hand and a tissue, in the bathroom. Even though I've told him, I'd like to see him jerk it to some porn. We're a weird couple who met on a porn site anyway, 5 years ago, when I was barely 18. I just don't know what to do! Please help!!!! ANY advice would be greatly appreciated!

I have a drunk father and it's annoying.?

My dad has a drinking problem, when he's drunk, he is either calm or just gets angry for some reason. He start yelling and keeps accusing my mom of cheating every time he's drunk. He threatens me but to be honest he's small and I would kill him in punch. Btw when my dad is sober he is the most loving and kindest guy but whenever he's drunk it's like he's a totally different person.

Sober driver gets pulled over- blows 0, do drunk passengers get in trouble?

A sober driver was driving me and my friends- we were all drunk. He got pulled over because he was swerving- the cop thought he was drunk.

He came and asked us if we were drinking, and we all said no. He said he could smell booze in the car (which was complete bs, it had been hours since we were drinking). He took out the driver and breathalyzed him twice, and each time he blew a zero. The cop came back and told us that if we were lying to him about drinking, we could get sent to jail, so we told him the truth, and he breathalyzed us, and we got minors.

Is this legal? Could we go to jail for lying to a cop and is he allowed to breathalyze US, even though our driver was sober?
