Is It Better To Go To Bolivia In January Or February

Is it better to visit Park City, Utah in December or February for a ski/snowboarding trip?

You would be better off to come in Feb. Christmas is always busy. The snow is deeper in February, and there are fewer people on the mountains because they are getting sick of winter by then.

Brighton is great if you want to ski and board. The Canyons is great as well. If you want a smaller non tourist type resort try Beaver Mountain near Logan. It is smaller, but not very much $$$ and never crowded

Peru or Bolivia?

I would recommend Peru for sure. I went there in 2004 with my high school for 26 days. It was the best trip I have ever been on for sure. I always felt safe while we were there. We visited Lima (stayed in a beautiful hostel in Miraflores), Cusco, Puno and some other little villages. We flew into Lima and took an in country flight from Lima to Puno and ten from Puno we took the train to Cuzco. The train ride was not exact ally short, around 10 hours I think, but the scenery was beautiful and the seats were fairly comfortable!

Miraflores was great because it was a big more upscale then some of the other neighborhoods, but still had little markets in the back alleys where we could get great fruit in the mornings. There was great restaurants all over the place. Also in Lima there was alot of great sightseeing to do, many old cathedrals to visit and great vibrant colours.

Cusco was also awesome, they are very used to North American tourists there. Amazing restaurants, a great hotel in a nice area. The markets in Cuzco were great and then you are able to take the train up to Macchu Picchu from Cuzco. My trip up there was cancelled due to major flooding on the train tracks, which kind of put a damper on our trip but we got to see some other very interesting ruins such as Sacsayhuaman and many others that have names too hard to spell. ;) We took a guided bus trip that day which included an authentic lunch. A great tour guide was a great addition to the tour as we were able to hear about local culture.

Puno was a much different pace from the other cities we were in, much slower. The markets in Puno were very different then the other two. We did stay at a BEAUTIFUL Best Western in Puno. My favorite part of this city was the floating islands on Lake Titicaca. We took a guided tour the lake, and stopped on some of the islands, it was an unforgettable experience.

I would defiantly recommend seeing a travel agent before leaving so that you are able to get all the sights in. I know that we were away for 26 days and the total cost of our trip was only 3000$ each so I don't believe that the in country flight or train or even the hotels were expensive.
Where ever you decide to go I hope you have a great trip.

Where's the best place to honeymoon in January/February?

My vote is to go to the Island of St. Martin in the French West Indies and stay on Orient Beach. One popular smaller resort on that beach is shown here: http://www.alamanda-resort.com/msie4.htm...
It is a relatively casual resort within a few footsteps of a wonderful beach. The beach is topless but only a half mile walk to a totally nude portion of the beach. Very quiet compared to a lot of beaches, hardly any noise pollution like radios. Lots of couples on honeymoons etc. I went for 10 consecutive nights in late April and Early May and it was FANtasTIC. One of the best times to go they say is November to January or April and May. Avoid July-October cuz of Hurricane season. Another great thing is that St. Martin is only a 2 hour boat trip to St. Barth which is a good side trip. St. martin is half Dutch heritage and half French. The Dutch side is noisy with casinos and the French side is quieter with fine cousine and pristine beaches. A number of airlines fly there including US Air which goes direct from Charlotte. Take passports for sure you will need them. People are very friendly. Rental cars are inexpensive and you can get all inclusive insurance for a small amount.

Both place is good. It depends on you which place is more interested to you.Day 1: - Delhi to Shimla (Approx. 350 KM / 8-9 Hours)Day 2: - Shimla - Kufri - Shimla (Approx. 15 KM)Day 3: - Shimla - Kullu - Manali (Approx. 250 KM / 7-8 Hours)Day 4: - Manali - Solang Valley - Manali (Approx. 15 KM)Day 5: - Manali SightseeingDay 6: - Manali to ChandigarhDay 7: - Chandigarh-DelhiHope the above is in line with your requirement if not whatsapp to me for more informationRegardsAnupamahttps://www.linkedin.com/in/anup...

Is February a good month to go to Las Vegas?

I was there in early February one year. The days were really nice weather-wise, and the nights were just chilly enough for a light jacket. And it is fairly busy but nowhere near a summertime crowd

Is February a good or bad month for a cruise?

Wow, I didn't even know any ships sailed for pleasure in that area in February! It will be cold and dark that time of year. Not really ideal if you want to see the landscape and sights. May is one of the better times to go if you want to go dog-sledding, but otherwise the closer to June 21st the longer the days are, and the more you'll be able to see. September is even good since the weather is still nice and the rates are lower. Happy Sails!

Is going to NY in january still enjoyable with the cold?

It may be cold, but on a positive note..late Jan/Feb is the cheapest time of the year to visit. Hotels are very affordable and although it gets very windy and cold, you can still see quite a bit. Unfortunately, part of the true NY experience is walking around, and you'll likely spend most of your time in a cab or public transportation going from one site to the next, but the weather won't affect your ability to enjoy great food, awesome nightlife and a myriad of indoor attractions such as museums, etc..

Good idea to go on a cruise in february (weather wise)?

Yes it will be warm and there will not be a threat of a hurricane. But it will not be as warm in the Bahamas as it would be further south in the Caribbean. I have cruised in the Caribbean in December, January and February and the water at that time was very pleasant for swimming and other water sports. I usually cruise each December and always get in the water and its not cold at all. Actually we will cruise the end of January 2011 and I am planning on getting in the water.

What you may want to consider is going to New Orleans or Galveston, Texas for a cruise to the western Caribbean vs to the Bahamas and enjoy much better places like Cozumel, Grand Cayman, Costa Maya and Beliz. Its much easier and cheaper to get to beaches in those places vs the Bahamas.
