Is It Normal To Bloat So Easily

Is it normal to feel bloated after eating pizza?

Yeah. Pizza is a delicious monstrosity. If you’re lactose intolerant, you’ll get bloating. If you’re allergic to the wheat, you’ll get bloating. And it’s such a hodgepodge of ingredients that your stomach has trouble figuring out what to excrete to digest it. You salivary glands have to produce enzymes to start carb digestion, which can occur only in an alkaline environment. But then it hits the stomach where you need an acidic environment to break down the proteins. So the starches sit there for hours fermenting, causing gas.And have you ever noticed how easy it is to down an entire large pizza and feel full only because your stomach is extended so much and you’re in pain. Whereas you can eat only a few oranges or eggs and your body says, “Okay, that’s enough,” and there’s no pain in the stomach. And if you get acid reflux, the problem isn’t too much acid. It’s too little acid. You’re not digesting, sugars are fermenting, bacteria are farting, pressure is building, and the esophageal sphincter opens under pressure so the gas can escape but acids also escape. If you really want to screw up your digestion and health, take antacids. If you get bloating and acid reflux, try to eat carbs and proteins separately. It’s not a fix, but it is symptom relief. The fix is figuring out why you’re not producing enough acid to digest your food.

Is it normal to be bloated when you have to pee?

Ok I know most random question out there lol. But I've always wondered this. I'm a girl, and whenever I really have to pee I get sooo bloated, like sometimes I could pass as early in pregnancy. I always thought it was normal, but it doesn't happen to my boyfriend, so then I thought, well maybe it's a girl thing. But everyone I've asked thinks I'm nuts. Like it goes away when I pee... it's just my bladder gets full so my stomach expands? I don't know. Really weird.

Is it normal to get bloated after abortion?

Yes, bloating is a perfectly normal in pregnancy and after abortion.
When I had a surgical abortion at 7 weeks I felt puffy for about 4-5 days after. It would feel weird to bend at the waist and stuff. I didnt look physically swollen or puffy though so that threw me off. But my best friend did after hers. NORMAL! About the bleeding. Eh, probably wont last 2 weeks. It will most likely be on and off all month as your uterus will try to restablize itself. Its still in shock right now. Dont worry about any bleeding this month as you will bleed a rainbow of different colors or none at all. Its all different in everyone. I was not allowed to excersize or do any lifting for 2 weeks. But once you have the post abortion check up you should be fine. and that is usually done at 14 days after. They will tell you if everythings healed up and good to go. I moved into a college dorm and was lifting heavy furniture up flights of stairs 2 weeks after, and I was completely fine. So just take it easy these next few weeks. Pamper yourself. And then focus on getting back to the gym. I promise your stomach will go back down. You will probably see it shrinking within the next week.

Is it normal for get bloated 1-2 weeks before you come on your period?

Don't worry (= I get bloated 2 weeks before and it lasts all the way through my cycle. I've talked to my doctor, and she said it's perfectly fine. Try diurex, a water pill that helps take away bloating. I also stay away from salty foods, because they make you retain water.

Im 14 years old, why am i so bloated?

Possible causes of bloating include:

The most common causes of chronic stomach bloating are irregular
digestive processes which produce gases at a much higher rate than
normal.
Pre-menstrual Tension (PMT) - The symptoms tend to disappear or
greatly improve once the bleeding actually starts.
Contraceptive pill
Too much alcohol
Salt, or processed foods in your diet - even a small amount of excess
sodium causes bloating.
Too little protein in diet.
Doctors believe that bloating is usually the result of an intestinal
disorder, such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). The cause of IBS is
unknown, but may involve abnormal movements and contractions of
intestinal muscles and increased pain sensitivity in the intestine.
These disorders may give a sensation of bloating because of increased
sensitivity to gas.
Carbonated Drinks- Fizzy drinks, including soda pop and spritzers,
increase bloating because the carbon dioxide trapped in the bubbles
creates gas, which slows down stomach emptying.
Water intake: Many women believe that drinking too much water will
give them puffy abs, but just the opposite is true. Even though we
associate water with being bloated, drinking more water can help to
flush sodium out of the body, and that reduces the bloat.
Lactose Intolerance- sometimes your stomach is unable to digest the
lactose--or milk sugar--in dairy foods leading to bloating.
Food allergies can cause your stomach to puff out, too. But this is a
reaction of the immune system involving the whole body, and usually
hives and runny nose are the more prominent symptoms.
Any disease that causes intestinal inflammation or obstruction, such
as Crohn's disease or colon cancer, may also cause abdominal bloating.
In addition, people who have had many operations, adhesions (scar
tissue), or internal hernias may experience bloating or pain.
Finally, eating a lot of fatty food can delay stomach emptying and
cause bloating and discomfort.

Is it normal to bloat significantly and get gassy after quitting drinking diet soda?

Diet Drinks including Crystal Light have all kinds of nastiness in them. Mostly artificial sweetener. Doesn't matter if it is Sweet-N-Low or Splenda they are all pretty bad for you. Actually they poison you're body a lot like arsenic does. Just not as quickly. So when you stop poisoning yourself, your body will go through a form of detoxing. Water retention (the swelling), Diarrhea or Gastritis, Headaches, Joint Pain, Shakes, Sweats and Hot flashes are just the tip of the ice burg of symptoms you may experience. What ever you do, do not start drinking soda again. If you sweeten your tea at all try to use all natural sugar, honey or Stevia.

Why does my stomach expand/bloat easily after eating, even when I don’t even feel so full?

Probably you have a slight intolerance to one, or a group, of foods. It is trial and error to find which one. First try and find a meal which does not trigger bloating, then introduce one food at a time. Even this is not fool-proof as it may be a combination of foods which give this problem, but worth a try. Also worth checking your portion sizes, for, although you don’t feel full, smaller meals might help and snacking may be useful (or not).
