Is It Okay To Wear A Small Thin Tie Rather Than A Fat Tie For A Suit

Girls, do you have a thing for guys that wear ties?

I was out with one of my girl-friends the other day and she confessed that she finds it 'hot' and 'sexy' if a guy wears a tie (of course with a formal shirt and pants). I remember my ex gf told me the same thing, so this got me wondering whether girls are attracted to guys that wear ties?

Why is this? I think maybe because ties show professionalism and that shows girls that we have money, and we all know how much girls like guys with money..... ;)

Ok ok ladies don't flame me! I'm innocent :P
Anyway, would love to hear from you girls!

Why does Trump wear such poorly fitting suits? Who was Obama’s tailor?

Let’s answer the question and not create a political firestorm over a suit. President Trump has and does wear Brioni for many years. Brioni is known as probably the greatest and one of the most continually expensive suits made in Italy, specifically in Rome. The original name of Brioni was “Brioni Roman Style” back in the 1970s when my grandfather sold the brand in his men’s clothing stores in New York City. With that said, Brioni was the tailor of choice for James Bond films for years. It still and was always known as a $5,000 suit, off the rack, although they can start as low as $3,850. This all depends on fabric. The make of each Brioni is the same, by hand or handmade. Trump is a big man, he must be wearing a 60L Italian size, most likely from what I see on TV. In regards to the fitting of his suits: 60L is a big size. It equates to a 50L US size so the waist on the pants could be a 44–46 waist. He always wears his jacket open creating a larger appearance. Even though fashion at the moment in menswear is all about slim and trim, that does not suit every body shape. Men in the age bracket of President Trump want to be comfortable in a suit all day. They don’t want a tight fit and I would think most Brioni clients that can pay $5,000 or more for a suit are older guys who don’t really care about the fashion of the moment, but want to be tailored and well-fitted, but do not want to look as if they squeezed themselves in someone else’s suit. Could his suits fit a bit better, possibly. Is he wearing a very well-made suit by any standards, absolutely. In regards to Obama: As far as I know he wears Canali and Hickey Freeman. Canali is probably the best fitting men’s suit in the suit market in it’s price range and many brands try to strive for their fit. Canali suits usually start about $1895 so much lower cost than Brioni, but it is not all sewn by hand, but hand finished. Hickey Freeman is known one of the best American made suits along with Oxford. I have only read that Obama enjoys these brands.

Can you tie anything around your arms, legs, stomach or something to make you look skinny?

A real corset (with metal boning) would definitely help with waist/tummy area. If you can't afford a corset, try ACE bandages (the cloth bandages that you wrap around sprains and such). If you do use an ACE around your stomach area, though, beware as it can cause strain on your stomach and keep you from processing foods correctly. It may suppress appetite. Just make sure the ACE is covered up with clothes.
Other than that, a healthy diet, avoiding salty foods (which cause bloating), and drinking lots of water (not drinking enough water can cause puffy bloated areas) will help. And of course, exercising and toning muscles in areas you want to be flatter should help.
Also, SPANX body shapers. They're like panty hose for your tummy area. They can help streamline your sillouhette. And Bodyshapers should work.

What's the difference between a business man's suit and a tux?

There's a big difference. A tux is black, and has a satin lapel. The white shirt (not black) has narrow pleats down the front. And instead of buttons, studs are used. And then there's the bow tie, Some men choose to wear a cummerbund, which is a wide, often pleated piece of fabric that goes around the waist. A vest is also optional. The pants often have a satin stripe down the side. When an affair is 'black tie', it means the men must wear a tuxedo. Although, in the 70s, some men wore light blue tuxedos, with ruffled shirts. I wouldn't recommend that these days, though.

And, I guess you know what a business suit looks like.
