Is It Possible To Lose A Stone In 2weeks

Is it possible to lose 2 stones in 12 weeks?

if you water fast for an extended period, you will lose about 1/2 lbs per day(about half of which will be lean body mass). However, that is really not safe to do for more than 45 days and not safe to do at all without supervision from a doctor experienced and skilled in fast supervision. TrueNorth Health Center is an example of a fasting center that has been around a while(I have no connection with them).Anyhow, you might talk to a doctor about combining an extended fat with a couple of shorter fasts or some periods of slower managed weight loss to meet that goal.I’m a little skeptical of fast weight loss because of the loss of muscle, but it can be done.

How can i lose 1 stone in 2 weeks?

Don't eat special K. It's really yummy and all but it's ad campaigns have given it way more clout than it deserves. It's not that healthy for you, it's got more added sugar than aloth of other cereals, which contributes to fat gain; look for a cereal without added sugar(or glucose syrup, fructose syrup or any other name for for sugar). The Special K challenge and weightloss testimonials are the result of calorie reduction, NOT the cereal itself.

I would recommend you try to eat more vegetables as most are extremely low in fat and some even have negative calories(which means you burn more calories digesting them than they actually contain). Add more exercise too.

Im 15/5'9/132lb I want to lose a stone 1/2 in less than 2 weeks?

Twenty pounds in less than two weeks? Impossible, without severing limbs.

If you're an adult, take your calorie intake down to 1200 per day (younger, 1500 per day) and work out as long as you are able each day. People unaccustomed to running are not likely to be able to run an hour, so give yourself permission to run until you can't, then walk until you can run again.

Fad diets, colon cleanses, etc. will not do a thing and can even cause harm, so don't get sucked into it.

In all likelihood, with extreme effort you might lose from 1/4 to 1/3 of your goal in the short time you've allotted.

You'd be better off spending some time seeking something really flattering to wear.

How can I lose half a stone in 2 weeks?

You can totally do this. Go on a walk every day - as long as you can and try to walk briskly too. Cut any junk out of your diet (especially soda, chocolate/sweets and fatty foods like cake, cookies, and deep fried foods) and concentrate on eating whole grains, lean meats/fish and vegetables. And make sure you drink at least 8 cups of water a day to help flush the broken-down fats out of your system. DON'T cut your calories too low (and NEVER below 1200) or your body will hang onto its fat stores for energy.

Try joining sparkpeople.com - it's got a really good calorie tracker and can work out the best calorie range and exercise program to help you meet your goals. It's got lots of other great stuff too.

Lunch eat some sort of meat or fish or turkey along with an apple and some peanut butter on there if you want. Maybe just 20 jumps then rest and do that maybe 8 times. Its not that bad at all. Is it normal to lose a stone in two weeks?

Back in November, I started exercising at the local gym. I managed to lose a stone in two weeks. At the time I was about 16 - 17 stone. I stopped going for a bit, and recently started going again. I'm now 18 stone after carelessly eating the last six months. But now I'm going to change that. But what I want to know is, will I be able to do it again and is it normal? I don't want an answer that says I should only lose a couple of pounds a week.
