I don't recommend you to drink it, neither lift heavy weights at your age, first of all I recommend you to do Cardio Exercises, such as running, jogging, jumping rope, playing sports, swimming. These exercises will raise your heart rate, and will allow you to spend more time exercising. When you turn 18, or 21 you will be able to start lifting weights without trouble at all. And you will get buffed in no time. But first you need to get used to exercise, because it's bad for your health so start lifting weights if your body is not used to exercise.

5 pounds is a good start but you are going to want to build up. Interesting bit of information you may like to know. Unless you take steroids or you have a rare gentic trait it is very difficult for you to look like man. Women tend to have a higher muscle density, this means that they can lift similar weights to men while still looking trimmer.

Exercise wise, ensure that you work as much on your core as you do all other parts of your body. A solid core ensures that everything else will work fine. I recommend running often, squats and while using your weights increase the amount you lift occasionally.

Please note when weight lifting muscle is denser than fat, so you may gain muscle but be actually losing (or maintaining the same amount) of fat and as such become healthier.
