Yeah it definitly is I am a cancer and i notice pisces and cancers float in and out of my life, coming back seeing if there is anything they have missed. But disapearing at the first chance they can incase I reject them. And funnily i do the same. And mostly these are imagined rejections that have happened in the past. Actually a few weekends a go i made a move on a guy I liked andhe definitly rrejected me, and ever since i have felt like a loser, i feel like i am scary or full on or somthing. When i told my aries friend she laughed and said "but your so cute.. you could never be scary" but our imaginations just blow rejection WAY out of proportion. I started feeling like a loser and i avoided people and stayed in a lot. MSSA and MRSA are polar opposites you must have had one or the other. From what you've said it sounds like you contracted a MRSA bacteremia leading onto endocarditis. MSSA stands for Methicillin Sensitive Staphlococcus Aureus, in other words Staph which responds well to typical antibiotics. MRSA is methicillin resistant staph aureus, which is resistant to many antibiotics and is becoming a big concern as it's getting trickier to treat. Standard therapy is vancomycin which is what you had suggesting MRSA cultures were positive in your case. Staph aureus (whether sensitive or resistant) is a common skin bacteria present on about 20% of the population. It normally causes no problems until it manages to enter a skin wound and can cause an infection, though some people may never have any problems with their skin bacteria. Once it gets into the blood it can travel to the heart and cause endocarditis. I think what they're trying to say is that you must have had the staph on you before you came into hospital, and that you didnt catch it during your stay in hospital. I'm not sure why your wound wasnt closed. They usually only do this if it is expected the patient will go back to surgery within 24 hours, if the incision is too large to be practically closed. Or if the wound is so tiny it only needs a few steristrips or something and will close itself. This is something you can ask your surgeon/doctor. Not using gloves to change your dressing is inexcusable. With patients ever more aware of infection risks the nurses should be reprimanded. You should mention this to the head nurse on the ward you were in and im sure the message will be passed down to all staff. The best thing to do is to ask to read your hospital notes. There it should say what cultures were sent off, why your incision wasnt closed etc. Thing is, infection will always occur in a percentage of people. It could be you would have got an infection no matter what they did. At the very least you deserve an explanation for what has happened so I suggest making an appointment to discuss it with your doctor/surgeon.

I did this mistake in 2010 during filling SBI PO application. I had entered my 10th marks in 12th marks column and vise versa. I too had the same doubt like you. There was no quora that time. No one was there to answer my question. I wrote the exam and qualified for interview and told the documents verification official that I have made this mistake. He corrected the form by over writing. Thats all. It was not a matter at all when you are qualified to write the exam as per your correct data. I got selected and I am a scale 3 officer in SBI now. So I did this mistake and now I am working in the bank. So you too.. all the best. Forget this mistake and focus on studies.
