Is Lena Dunham Jeff Dunham

Who made Jeff Dunham's puppets?

Jeff Dunham

What was Jeff Dunham’s first appearance ever?

I swear we watched him perform in person with Peanut in the Orlando FL area in 1989

Why hasn't Lena Dunham been arrested for molesting her sister?

1. Lena's sister, Grace, has to be the one to press charges. She hasn't.

2. Lena's book is not evidence. How exactly would you prove it actually happened? I'm not trying to defend Lena, but you can't arrest someone over a few side comments they made in a book, especially when they were talking about doing things as a kid.

What she did was disgusting, no one is arguing about that. The fact remains that Grace Dunham has never said anything about this. If she felt like a victim, she would have said so. If you want to fight double standards, I think it'd be more effective to do so in a way where you don't pretend to know everything about someone else's life.

Do you find Lena Dunham's nudity gratuitous?

I don’t find nudity bothersome at all. And I don’t judge actors and actresses who are comfortable enough to appear nude in film projects or photographs. Some actresses are proud of their bodies. Scarlett Johanssen, for example, has a beautiful body - one that might be the subject of Greek or Roman sculpture - and she has no hesitation to reveal it.Kristen Stewart is another actress who has a gorgeous body and, while she has not done so often, has shown herself completely nude in a couple of movies. For nudity that is essential to the plot, take a look at Love (2015), where the actors are not only nude in many scenes, but actually perform sex onscreen with passion and even on screen orgasms.I love the human body and sex is part of life. Why shouldn’t the body be seen naked and we be able to enjoy sexual scenes when they are required by the plot?

What do you think of Lena Dunham’s comments on Jack Antanoff’s new girlfriend?

What do you think of Lena Dunham’s comments on Jack Antanoff’s new girlfriend?I wonder who it is that still listens when Lena Dunham speaks.I want to make this clear:Leftists don’t like her either. I’ve yet to see a leftist whose eyes don’t go blank, or whose frown doesn’t deepen at a headline reading “Lena Dunham says…”So, for this go around, shes disappointed that her ex is dating someone “normal looking”.I mean, the girl’s a model, so she wouldn’t really be in that business if she was “normal looking” but that isn’t the point (“normal” for Hollywood, I guess). You don’t start relationships with people to begin a movement. You start a relationship because you like them. And it’s silly to hold him to some standard he didn’t agree to after you split up. A black person dating a white person isn’t doing so to break societal norms. They do it cause they like each other.Obviously, she likely already knows that. But she has a terrible habit of saying the wrong thing in just about any larger situation. Maybe that makes her #relatable to some, but I’d like people who want to identify themselves as feminists and as people who care about the issues with regards to gender in the current climate to perhaps have a firmer grasp of the language they are using. The topic here specifically isn’t in regards to any of that, but how she uses language is similar. It truly sounds like she thinks that he should, or at the very least its very sad that he didn’t, date “weird looking” girls for the rest of his life. Its neither of those things. If you want to make your relationship some big thing about societies idea of beauty, go ahead. But that relationship is over and holding him up to that same standard even though you’re no longer together is silly.Maybe that isn’t what she means, but if that’s what most of the people who come away from the article interpret it as, does her actual meaning actually matter?I don’t know, man. It just seems to me that we all need to collectively move away from Lena Dunham. If you like the show, cool. I haven’t seen it so I won’t judge the quality (plus the script is written, so she likely isn’t this much a mess). But as a person, or even an icon for feminism? We can do better.

Why don't most people call themselves right-wing or left-wing but "conservative" or "liberal" instead?

The meaning of words can get eroded with use some time. Left or right wing means being strongly to the left or the right politically. There exist a spectrum of political opinions from extreme right to extreme left.An extreme economic right position is anarcho-capitalism, the abolition of all government functions except, maybe the military and courts, with no laws just contracts and property rights being the most important thing in the world. It’s extreme left counterpart is fraternal anarchy, the abolition of government and property rights, the means of productions being common property and everybody “receiving according to their needs and producing according to their means.”Of course no country works like either of these positions and only a small fringe hold them. But you can work inward, other libertarians on the right and marxist on the left, people who want little or no social spending on the right and social democrat on the left and so on until they meet in the center. But calling people who are slightly on the right or on left right wing and left wing respectively means you have no word left to describe people who have more marked positions. The problem is that the words right wing and left wing are often bandied about to claim that a position that is different than yours is extreme when it actually isn’t.Take universal healthcare, in the USA this will be described as an very left wing position while in most other Western countries such a system is the norm and totally non controversial even if a conservative government is in place. When you use to much hyperbole it looses its meaning.Question: Why don't most people call themselves right-wing or left-wing but "conservative" or "liberal" instead?
