1. Stay away from corn on the cob, apples on the core, sticky foods like Carmel, and chewing on ice, these can break your braces if you aren't careful 2. It only takes 30 minutes to 1 hour. Not too long. 5. I'm not sure. I didn't have to have headgear 6.
