How to get a good body quick at 14 ?

Let me tell you... Anything that tells you you'll get a good body "quick" is a scam. Because it's not possible.

Check out my blog (in the source). It has plenty of information on what workouts you can do and how to eat properly so you can get results.

But aside from all that... Why do you all of the sudden need a "good body" at 14? You're young. It's not the time to worry about it. Especially because you're still developing.

14 years of age ... Curvy body???

I am 14 years old and I have a little bit have a curvy body (A little, ok? lol) ... I want a curvy body ...

Ok heres the question ...

Any of u girls have a curvy body at age 14?

I'm not sure which is right answer cause I mom said Im still growing but my friends said that 14 year old girls have curvy bodies ... which is right?

My body fat percentage is 21.7% ?

I am also 5'8 and 140 pounds. Though, my body fat percentage is 18%. I think it's time you might want to start watching what you eat and how much you eat of it.

Is it possible to revamp your body at the age of 36?

36 is certainly not too late to kick-start your body and get back into shape. As long as you're healthy otherwise and have no issues (e.g. heart, blood pressure, bone/joint issues such as arthritis), then it's never too late until you kick the bucket.The only thing which changes is that the older you get (and 36 is still waaaay young), the more gently and carefully you might want to approach a training programme. Tendons lose their elasticity with time, muscles and joints need a little longer to warm up. The risk of injury does grow the older you get, but this is not a reason NOT to get into shape - it's just a reason to do it more carefully.If you're in doubt, take medical advice before you begin. The worst thing you could do for your health is to do nothing. :-) So go for it!

Going to the gym at age 16?

It's OK age. I started at 16.

But there are few thing you should be aware of:
-try to find a gym with non-bodybuilding coaches, bodybuilders will give you completely useless training program, unless you want to be really huge, and they'll always try to sell you some sh**
-protein shakes aren't obligatory, unless you're really skinny. Just eat much meat, pasta and similar protein rich food
-don't become obsessed with going to gym, the gym exist for you, and you don't exist only for going to gym
-don't became too buff, it'll completely cut your stamina down, unless you're big-boned (for example, I have 190-pound all muscle friend, but he got muscles too fast and he can't run now, but I have 215 pounds, not fat and not too muscular, but I'm big boned and I have pretty good stamina)
-try to use gym 2 times a week and mix it with some other sports (like handball, basketball or soccer), and you'll have both strength and stamina
-STAY AWAY FROM STEROIDS
-do a short training at home every day (including 100 push-ups, 20 squats on one leg (10 on the each), and 100 on two legs, and maybe 10 minutes of running)

What age you develop the more curvier woman body?

Okay so i wanna get this straight.
Why is it that i have such an ugly body while my mom has a pretty body?
& then all my friends has pretty bodies while their moms are fat & have weird bodies!
i have an A size cup bra, i weigh 103 pounds, im 5 1' , my pants size are a 14 in girls & 3 or 5 in women... but idk why i just dont have curve on my stomach which makes me loook/feeel soo bad if i felt any worse i'd probably commit suicide thats how bad i feel. I Really need help & i want you guys to tell me if i will develop anymore like a more woman-ish body because i have such a little girl looking body! idk why! &&& BTW I HAVE ONLY HAD MY PERIOD ONCE & THAT WAS APRIL 6 OF 2010 & it skipped May & i havent gotten it this month but please help me have some hope in myself about my body...

in the first picture my curve in the picture look WAYY beter than in person, but im actually a bit skinnier than how i look there.

My actual age is 21 and my body age is 45.Does this mean I will die soon, What should I do?

First think IF you keep on taking stress your weight will keep on increasing and soon you ll atrract many other diseases. Just think positive first that you u ll do it. Optimisim is essential part of gaining perfect body compositionHere the steps you should follow and you are advised to stay positive everytym u fallStart your day with running. If u can not run for a long start walking but take long steps instead of short ones.After walking and running for half n hour or 20–25 minutes, start streching. Strech your legs, your arms, your shouldersDo it regularly. Dont miss a day. You should be diet conscious this time . avoid sugar, avoid fast food, avoid eating non-veg. Sometimes u ll feel it difficult but its your problem and only you can do it.Drink water as much as you can. If you bodt weight is 75 kg, multiply it by .04 it means 3 litres a day. Avoid junk food. Burn your calories as much as you can. You can also join zym. It will be helpfulRemember one thing people see you like you see yourself. People come n go but its you who had to walk. The path is yours, the struggle is yours, stay positive

If you were able to live to the age of 90 and retain either the body or the mind of a 30 yr old for the last 60 years of your life, which would you choose?

I am a 71 year old guy. Married to the same woman for 46 years. College educated with a couple of degrees. Reasonably well read, mostly non-fiction. Have been exposed to a few other cultures by traveling to a couple of dozen other countries, over the years.Pretty healthy, no major issues. Mentally OK, no early onset Alzheimers, that I know of. I sometimes can’t find the car keys. Or forget my wife’s grocery list.In hindsight, my mind at 30 was not that well developed. Married a few years , with a new baby daughter. I pretty much was full of myself. Smart with facts, but not very wise. Arrogant, for sure.I would not have wanted to live my life with that brain. Today I am much more of a conceptual thinker. Much kinder, tolerant, and willing to listen. My quest for knowledge and wisdom, continues to accelerate, as I get older. That quest did not exist in my 30 year old brain. I thought I knew it all, because I was a valedictorian of my high school class, and went to an Ivy League School. In reality, I knew nothing of real importance.I go to the gym every day now, so my physical condition is great for my age .Sex at 30 was insane. Now at 71, it is different, but still pretty darn good.So, I am reasonably happy with the evolution that I have gone through. My answer is that I would not wish for either the mind or the body of that 30 year old, that has made it to this point in a challenging life, with meaning and purpose.Pretty thankful and grateful for the body and mind that I am blessed with.

I look younger than my age?

I am 17 and people always tell me that I look 12. I don't have a problem with looking younger than my age, but I have a problem when people underestimate me just because of my youthful face. People treat me like I am just a "little" girl when I am just approaching my young adult stage. I am average height (5'5), I am average(slim) in weight, I am not flat chested(C cup), and I also have high cheekbones. I wear mainly natural makeup. When I go to the store and use my credit card to buy items, the person who works at the cash register has to intensively examine the credit card just because it is not normal for a young girl to have a credit card. It gets so annoying. Guys ignore me just because of my youthful face. I get tired of people scorning upon me just because I look young and I just do not know what to do.
