Is SoBe Life Water good for you?

It's water with a little fruit or other flavourings and less than 5 calories per portion  ( the maximum allowed to legally claim to be zero calories or calorie free)Expensive at $3 a litre so not good for your bank balance, 500 times more expensive than tap water just like other "designer" water.

Is SoBe Lifewater healthy? Why or why not?

From what I have read, it is water with stevia added. Early studies prompted the European Commission in 1999 to ban stevia's use in food in the European Union pending further research. In 2006, research data compiled in the safety evaluation released by the World Health Organization found no adverse effects. In December 2008, the FDA gave a "no objection" approval for GRAS status to Truvia (developed by Cargill and the Coca-Cola Company) and PureVia (developed by PepsiCo and the Whole Earth Sweetener Company, a subsidiary of Merisant), both of which use rebaudioside A derived from the stevia plant. However, the FDA said that these products are not stevia, but a highly purified product. In 2012, the FDA posted a note on its website regarding crude stevia plants:FDA has not permitted the use of whole-leaf stevia or crude stevia extracts because these substances have not been approved for use as a food additive. FDA does not consider their use in food to be GRAS in light of reports in the literature that raise concerns about the use of these substances. Among these concerns are control of blood sugar and effects on the reproductive, cardiovascular, and renal systems.I would also say that stevia may stay on your teeth longer than water, which may lead to more tooth decay.Brush your teeth afterwards to keep your teeth clean and free from sugar.

Is it bad to drink sobe lifewater. The zero calorie kind? I also drink lots of water.?

It's not good for you like water, but it could be worse. All the artificial sweeteners and gross chemicals are not good for you; I would go with juice before drinking 'flavored water'. Or just put a bit of lemon juice in your normal water.

How good is Nestle Pure Life Water for you?

From the info on the internet their process is much like many other bottled water. Take it from any source, distill or more likely reverse osmosis to remove all elements leaving just water, then add minerals back in that gives it some salts and taste. Question is how does it compare to the water you have. If you are on a public supply then its been tested and is good water. you may want to get a Britta filter to remove chlorine just before using it. You want to smell chlorine because then you know it is safe. Then use activated carbon to remove it for drinking.Water from a public water supply is likely better for many reasons. You have the new plastic in bottled water. They test every week or so (depending on production) so only one bottle may be tested out of many. The next bottle may be contaminated - not from the water but from the bottle especially if they re-use the bottles. They need to be cleaned with something or hope the person that had it did not use it for something else. Public water they test the tank or supply representing a large quantity of water. Public water is way cheaper and chances are way better. Add a carbon filter or RO under the sink (~ $300) that includes a carbon filter and also removes all the chemicals. Then add some tap water back if you want - you won’t. Makes the best coffee and lemonade.
