Is The Destiny Beta Finished

I need help with Destiny for xbox 360?

I am trying to play destiny on xbox 360 and I have enough room but it won't install. It is stuck on the install part that takes along time to install. It says 141.97 MB in progress. It has said that since I started the install. Everything else has finished except that please help!

Is Destiny worth it?

I'm looking for some games to enhance my budding PS4 collection, and I know Destiny is a pretty big one. Thing is, I hear really conflicting reviews about it. People either really love it, or really hate it. A lot of reviewers have a love-hate relationship with the game.

So what are some of your opinions? Is it a good game? Is it too grindy like most MMOs? The premise looked pretty interesting to me.

Why is Destiny (the game) so hard?

You just answered your own question! Partially, at least. Although possible, doing Weekly Heroics, Nightfall, and dailies, they're very hard to do on their own. The fastest way to progress through the game is to finish some of the story missions until you get patrols and bounties available. Do many of those in planets you're comfortable with. There's much more to it, but your question was vague. I recommend visiting Planetdestiny.com if you want to learn all there is to learn about this game.

Is Destiny a shooter or a massively multiplayer game? And why should I not fear it is the worst of both worlds?

In some ways, it is the worst of both worlds - there are the problems of MMOs with people camping and high-level players farming low-level areas; and there are hte problems of FPS where 2nd-level characters are "matched" with 15s and 20s (and no, Bungie, just equalling out level powers does not make this fun). But at the same time, it's a hell of a lot of fun - this Kotaku review from a couple days ago really captures it perfectly: Destiny: The Kotaku Review. The game definitely has a lot of promise, but I wouldn't pay $60 for it right now.

Can non-Destiny players play Destiny 2?

Of course, my friend. The only thing that would have stopped you from playing Destiny 2 is if it were just another expansion to Destiny. That is not the case, it's a whole new game now! The only thing Destiny players will get in Destiny 2 is some emblems or shaders to show people “look how long I've been playing guys!” These will be unavailable to new players but it's a good gesture to the loyal players of the past.If you purchased the first one and gave up on it due to lack of stuff to do or bugs or whatever may have irked you before, please don't judge Destiny 2 on the same scale. There have been so many updates to Destiny in the form of expansions (4 of them) and general patches and hot fixes it is certainly a game evolved.I'm hoping they take a long look at what made players happy and what pissed players off (making the first two years of guns armour and activity a waste of time to do in year 3) I personally have faith in Bungie, I loved the halo games they worked on and in my opinion Destinys guns have a lot of halo feel to them.So please play Destiny 2 if you want to! The community is usually good (avoid trials on LFG) and the Bungie team is always online looking at feedback to the game so you could help shape the things that don't work for players like you!Hope to see you in the crucible Gaurdian. I'm off to orbit.

What's it mean when a game was played beta?

In the development of games, there are some stages pre-release, usually for testing them game. The first one is ALPHA which the developers want to add many things and do small bug fixes, but a huge focus is on adding more and more features to the game such as weapons, monsters or anything. for example - DayZ is currently in alpha and they are adding a lot of things each week. Also, most of the companies prefer to keep alpha private but nowadays it's going popular to see companies offer to buy the game and play the alpha stages as well. The second one is what you want to know - BETA, beta stage is a stage where they want to do the final tests and fix the bugs to make the perfect game and sometimes companies let the players to play it in order to test it, there are 2 types of betas CLOSED which needs a key or some people get it OR OPENED that everyone can test it, if you want to get beta access for most of the games you can check out the following WEBSITE: Beta-invite - Get Beta Access to your favorite games Also, very important to say that the companies want your feedback while playing those games in beta or alpha stages, and usually communicate with the players.

Should I buy Battlefield 1, Overwatch, Destiny 2, or Battlefront II for the end of 2017?

Ah okay, so here’s a little run down and I’ll drop in now which I would get if I didn’t have it already. Overwatch is what I would choose but here’s the strengths of each game.So Overwatch has a huge roster of players, there’s 25 (soon to be 26) playable heroes. Now because of all of this, no two games are the same, you can play one game and you have a certain team against you, but next game those people wont pick the same characters. There’s an arcade which for 9 wins you get 3 free loot boxes, this resets every week. Competitive gamer? Play competitive. You get ranked and you can climb your way up. The only problem lies in people demanding you play certain players just because they don’t have someone healing them 24/7. I usually just tell them where to go.Destiny 2. Wonderful graphics and similar gameplay to the original. I don’t know about their DLC plans but I imagine, very similarly to the first one, the whole campaign will sit behind virtual toll booths. The game looks good but I know the DLC will take you down if you want the full campaign.Battlefront 2. It looks superb, the planets are visually pleasing, space battles, and the heroes look incredible. I can’t lie, but the big issue is BATTLEFRONT 1 SUCKED. I was so disappointed that before I even go close to Battlefront 2, I’ll be reading reviews, and I’ll be doing research for a few weeks because I’m not giving EA another £50 only to get immediately disappointed. So I think Overwatch out of them, but do your research and listen to other answers, you’ll come to a decision soon.
