Instagram doesn’t allow that so by the app you’ll never know the exact date when someone followed you. Notification emails are one way to find if you’ve switched them on. Another trick that you can try is to go on IG messages and see how old the conversation is, you can roughly figure out the time with it. There might be third party apps keeping this information, like I came across one that use to mention your oldest followers etc… guess they’re banned now after new rules and guidelines by Instagram. Now for future purpose you can set up a thank you message bot via some third party app which gets triggered the moment someone follows you.

Well on the iphone app, when you're on your feed, in the top right corner there's a little box icon. Click that and again in the top right corner there should be a plus sign. If you press that then you can find the picture you want to send and send it to the user.
Can i get verified on instagram?
I got over 1000 followers but im not famous or something but is there a way that i can get verified cause i know a guy who isn't famous and is verified with 8000 followers if it is possible than can you please tell me how
