Is There A Carrier Called Canada Apple

Where can I buy the iPhone X without a carrier in the U.S.?

What you do is go to sleep he Apple store and get a Verizon phone with no contract. They will sell it to you and you want Verizon because it supports both CDMA and GSM. It’s the only carrier that will allow sales without a contract although Sprint supports both technologies they won’t sell without a contract. AT&T and T mobile only support GSM.Now keep in mind that those four are the ONLY carriers that support the iPhone X. Only those four carriers are guaranteed to support iPhone X. So don’t buy an X and plan on taking it Consumer Cellular or Metro or any of the other bajillion smaller carriers.I bought the Verizon Iphonr X at the Apple store and put my AT&T SIM card in it. Works perfectly.Good luck!

Which mobile phone should an international student buy in Canada?

The type of phone is irrelevant. The same brands sold in your country are most likely some in Canada. If the phone you have now is unlocked or can be unlocked, you can can bring it with you and get a Canadian SIM card put into it.The question is what Carrier to select. The main carriers in Canada are expensive and even the discount ones are not as cheap as in many other countries. Myself I use a discount carrier called Fido, a art of Rogers. Their rate of $55 a month is OK but only gives 1GB a month of data. And to get that rate I supply the phone.Whenever my daughter gets a new phone I get her old one, usually an iPhone.Without Canadian credit you will have to pay for the phone separately anyway. A zero dollar plan for a phone is only available to citizens and permanent residents.

Does Apple have an email service? Is it any good?

It does. Any apple id you make with a new phone or device has to option to make an icloud account. Is it good? It's decent… It only is available on thier devices. compared to Gmail and Hotmail it's at the bottom of the list. I rarely at my time at Apple saw people using it as thier main email. If your phone breaks you have no access to this email other than icloud.com and that requires safari. Is it available. YesShould you use it? Sure but you'd be one of the few

Are the Apple online prices same as the apple retail stores?

Hi there I'm in Miami and I am planning to buy a Macbook pro 13 retina, now online the price is 1,299, my question is when I go in an Apple store will I pay the same 1,299 or will I have to pay some sort of tax?..

Basically Will I pay exactly $1,299 at the apple store or will I need more?

Are Apple phones generally the highest quality you can buy?

No, and not by any long shot either.Perform a Google search and you’ll quickly see there are phones out there that sell for up to $3800 USD that aren’t iPhones, but running Android. When when you compare the two physically side by side, you can see why.The average consumer will never, ever see these devices. On a side note, of 100% of all the phones ever made, The USA will see about 2% of those devices for a very long list of debatable reasons I’m not going to get into right now. And Canada, will see 1/4 of that 2%, or about 0.5% of all the phones ever made. Sad, really, really sad. Most people have no idea of what’s actually out there, or even exists, like a dual 4.3″ touchscreen flip phone with an 8 core processor, 4GB of ram and 64GB of storage, It’s called the Gionee W909.Samsung makes really high-end flip phones for the Chinese market called the W201X, where the X is a number from 2–8 meaning the year that phone model was issued. Hence the W2012 was released in 2012. These are the high-end devices that sell starting at well over $1800 USD for the Chinese elite, not the consumer.Asia, Europe and even the African Continent have been using dual, triple and even quad sim cards for decades to take advantage of the various carrier incentives using their own networks for highly-discounted airtime rates.

What is the difference between a carrier unlocked and a factory unlocked iPhone?

There is a huge difference no one honestly tells you about this, so here goes.  A factory unlocked iPhone will continue to receive updates and never give to problems if it's ever reset. A carrier unlocked phone will work with any sim card, but after it receives an update, to have to use a sim card from the original carrier to complete the device setup process, or you will have no phone until you get that sim card. For instance you buy a T-Mobile unlocked iPhone and use it on Mobilicity in Canada. Then you sell it to someone who performs a device reset, so now the iPhone starts up and asks for a T-Mobile Sim card to complete the setup process. Sometimes a system update can also trigger this. So now you need to buy a new or used sim card from the original carrier and basically use it as a bypass or activation sim card. Then you can use your normal sim card. Some should modify the iPhone by unlocking improperly through modifying the OS, then writing it back to the device. But if the device ever receives an update the device will recognize the original carrier it came from and then lock itself back to that carrier, and you cannot roll the firmware completely back. Only with an iPhone does this crap happen, thank you very much!

I keep getting text messages from Canadian Pharmacy with my own number, what should I do?

Canadiandrugstore.com, HP title: "Canadian Pharmacy Online - Canada Pharmacy Offers Discount Prescription Drugs Canada Drugstore - CanadaDrugs.com"

They are a scam site as discussed here: http://blog.xtend-life.com/warren_matthews_blog/2008/12/7/canadian-pharmacy-internet-drug-store-warning.html#comments

Their whois info reveals that it is registered by a guy named Tom Horton in Barbados(!):
http://whois.domaintools.com/canadiandrugstore.com

Their "AboutUs" info has a regular(?) mail address, phone and fax number, but also reveals 10 subdomains of which "Canadian Pharmacy" is one:
http://www.aboutus.org/CanadianDrugStore.com

The Federal Trade Commission (www.ftc.gov) is supposed to help you eliminate spam mails. Forward your pharmacy spam to: spam@uce.gov, in the subject line enter "unwanted spam message". Here's how to do the forwarding bit: click the crtl key and at the same time click the "forward" button to forward a message as an attachment, mac users should click the "apple" key and click "forward" simultaneously.

When the FTC gets your mail, they will look into the matter and when they find out who the spamming source is, they will take legal actions.

You can also block their domain, here's how:

For New Mail
Go to options -> mail options -> spam -> type the unwanted mail domain (the part after the @ sign) which you want to block -> click "add" -> click "save changes".

For Mail Classic
Go to "mail options" in the top bar -> management -> block addresses...
