Is There A Chance That I Will Make It Into Sm

Do I have a chance at joining SM Entertainment?

besides having those skills, you need to have the discipline to actually be part of a company like SM. By discipline I mean the patience, the dedication, the willpower, and the endurance. Most Kpop stars train for years before they even debut, and even then they might not even make it big. It’s really hard to be a successful Kpop star (whatever your definition of success is, it’s not easy).I imagine even if you have the looks, the talent, and the ability like you said, you would need to be able to learn a bunch of other things like “star etiquette” and how to talk/respond to interviews and journalists. Of course all of this comes later, but if you are really serious about wanting to audition for SM (or any other company for that matter, but SM specifically bc of its reputation as being hardcore af) these are some things you might want to consider.Good luck!

Is there any chance I will be together with Luhan?

im am currently deciding audition for SMto become a kpop star. I am korean/chinese and i am a hardcore fan of Luhan. this might seem a bit fangirly nah make that REALLY FRICKIN fangirly but i really want him to like me back. in 3 years im going to audition for SM and hop i make it in, then maybe i'll be popular and become an actress for chinese movies and meet luhan. PLEASE TELL ME YOUR OPINIONS AND VIEWS ON THIS TOTALLY CRAZY AND WEIRD thought of mine. i am srsly going crazy. please please please help me make a rational thought. thankyou. God bless you.

What are my chances of getting into SM entertainment?

Hi! I want to audition for SM too haha. More than talent, I know that SM Entertainment looks for face, like how pretty you are. I'm really saying this truthfully, not trying to be racist or anything, but most half American half Koreans are really pretty. Anyways, SM believes that they can teach talent like singing and dancing. But, since you have a good singing voice you'll be fine!!^^ I think that you'll likely get in to SM Entertainment!

TIPS:
Auditioning
1. If you can, try to sing a Korean song. But, if you can't sing in Korean (like pronounce the lyrics), just sing an American or any language song you're really comfortable in and that can really show off your talent.
2. Like I said above, sing a Korean song, but try not to sing any SM artists songs because you'll be compared to (you're auditioning for SM and the judges probably have listened to their own artists' songs so idk about Sm artists)
3. When you audition and send in clips of yourself or photos of yourself, don't put on makeup because SM wants to see your natural face. If you're not confident in yourself, lemme tell you, Sm probably thinks about how you'll look in the future like when you lose weight or put on makeup (just examples haha).
4. Stay confident, if you're auditioning like in front of the judges, if you forget your lyrics just smile (like Taeyeon), and take a deep breath and start from where you forgot your lyrics. Don't be like Can I start over again?

btw. when you audition tell me ur results!! good luck!! I hope you make it in!!
if you have questions you can ask me... idk how but yeah.

What are my chances of getting into SMentertainment?

1) I am an average singer.
2) Other people says that I am an very good dancer. But is that enough?
3) Other people (like adults) say I'm very pretty. But then when I look at myself, I feel like Im just average. Will SM accept me? I've been told that SM is 80% looks and 20% talent.
4) I weigh about 123. Is this an exception to their 90-110lb rule because people always says that I look skinnier than my weight? If not how can I lose the weight?
5) I'm 160cm (or 5"4) Is this an okay height for a 11 year old?
6) Since Im Chinese is there a more possible chance of getting into SM or is it a more unlikely chance?
7) My parent said that I have to be 16 & older b4 they let me audition. Will I be too old to audition?
8) Since I can play the piano, do I have a higher chance?
9) Can anyone give me some advice on how can I get better at singing and how to not be as nervous?
10) Can anyone tell me how SMentertainment chooses their trainees?
11) If you audition for the USA monthly audition in LA, will you still have to do the 3 audition thing like the Global audition?
12) Will SMentertainment contact me even if I didn't make it (for ex. they tell me that I didn't make it)?
13) How long do you have to train for? Like whats the minimum & what t he maximum?
14) How long does the audition takes?
15) I heard that the main judge is almost always expressionless. Is this true?
16) How will I know if I make the cut?
17) Is there a limit to how many times you can audition?

Can anyone please tell me my chances of getting into SMentertainment from a scale of 1-10? And if you can give me advice I would be so grateful for that. Thank you~

I have a LOT of questions on SM- Can you answer them?

(Ugh, the rest of that note didn't post.. -.-)
Well, anyway- CONTINUED AGAIN!
fans don't get too angry..
42. I'm a very silly and a goofy person, but I know how to be serious. I like to joke around a laugh. I smile A LOT and also laugh a lot- should I completely knock that out of my system for the audition? Or should I show them how I'm really like?
43. Last question- FINALLY! Sorry this has been so long..
I'm planning on sending six videos on a CD for my audition. 1. One of me singing with a microphone and music. 2. One of me singing without a microphone and no music. 3. One of me playing the piano and singing. 4. A 30 second freestlye dance. 5. A planned dancing routine. and 6. (Which will be the first one) One of me introducing myself (name, age, date of birth, reason, etc.) But should I include me speaking the amount of Korean that I know to show that I progress fast? (I became "fluent" in basic conversational Korean in one month..)
Thank you!!
