Why don't more players use the AN-94 assault rifle in Black Ops II?

What is the best weapon from each class in Call of Duty Black Ops 2?
Every weapon in BO2 is viable to a certain degree, so no completely OP weapons like other CODs. Though the community generally agrees on these:AR: M8A1 / SCAR-H (AN-94 got nerfed, but still personal favourite)SMG: MSMC (Used to be PDW-57, but got nerfed hard)LMG: LSAT (HAMR personal favourite)SG: KSG (hard to use since it uses slug rounds, first SG to do so in COD, second best is the M870 MCS)Sniper: Balista / DSR50Launcher: All are good in their own way.Pistol: B23R (TAC-45 personal favourite)Hoped this helped :)
