I haven't played FIFA 15, and from my experience I think FIFA 14 is the best. BecauseGlobal Transfer Network - I can send scouts for players who are presently playing. While in FIFA 13 scouts can be send for youth players only. Also I can get players of exactly my requirements. Only negative is that i cannot search players of my wish as if in FIFA 13.Ability to sign pre-contract agreement- If we don't have that much money and still need a good player its a better option. We can sign players who haven't sign a contract extension without losing a penny other than salary.(He'll be available in next season only) Advanced UI (It is felt weird at first, but it is the best when we are used to that)Still there is something that FIFA 13 has better than FIFA 14- player growth is better in FIFA 13
Unity vs Unreal 2018, is Unreal still significantly better in performance? Or can Unity now develop almost AAA/PS4 level games?
Until you have source code handed to developers as part of the package, Unity will never be a solid AAA engine. Not just the Unity source code but their mono implementation as well.AAA games push the limits of the hardware and software.Hell, I’m running into problems at work right now because we’ve exceeded the number of protocontracts the unity serializer supports. This is just a mobile MMO - big games are far worse. Unity’s GPU profiling and debugging support is still pretty much a joke. The animation system is still about a decade behind where it needs to be.Sure, you can write your own but now you are doing fairly intense work in C# and IL2PP is good but it aint that good. So you end up make compromises or reducing scope. Or both.You can make a great game with Unity. You can easily make a AAA caliber game from the 360 era and put it on a XBone but you couldn’t make that same game run well on a 360 - likely 10 fps and/or not able to load everything. Unity still have MASSIVE issues with memory fragmentation requiring serious management.Maybe in a few more year but right now Unity isn’t AAA ready.
