How do i make my stomach seem flatter?

I used to hold my stomach in all the time, but that can be a hard habit to learn, and you can’t hold in fat, just the muscle beneath the fat - but it really worked over time. I even once had a doctor compliment me on my abs when he had to check me out for tummy pains.
But you did give me a good idea when you asked in you could make a body shaper. If you have a kid sister or brother, or even just a tee shirt that is too small for you now. I think it would be possible to cut it off below the sleeves and wear it as a shaper between what would be the bottom of your breasts to as far down as it goes. I can’t be too small, or it might try to roll up, but if you can’t wear the tee-shirt anymore, or if your mom says you can use another one, I think it would be worth a try. If you have a sewing machine in the house, you can sew it to be smaller, too.You might even be able to use a tube top - if they still even make those!
Also, I did a play once in which I had to flatten down my breasts. I ended up using an ace bandage. If you have one around the house you could try that, but if it’s too long it might add bulk instead - definitely a bad idea! You could also use just the top of a pair of tights or pantyhose that are too tight. Just either wear them, or cut off the legs, and make the same tube shape or just wear the panty part. If you are anywhere near your mom’s size, she may even have some control-top pantyhose you could borrow.

And make sure you have excellent posture, Just standing up straight can make you look like you’ve lost 10 pounds! The most important thing to wear is confidence. As long as you feel good in your skin, everyone else will see that, and you will actual appear to be slimmer - or at least just better in some way they can’t quite figure out.

all a laxitive will do is make you go to the bathroom. typicaly used for constipation. it also may make you lose a couple pounds. but its only water weight. if your trying to make your stomach flat, diet, and excercise is the best way.

It's good to do crunches after your treadmill. You can also try this for your lower abs:

Lay on your back legs straight. Slowly lift legs up in a 45degree angle. Slowly lower without letting your heels touch the floor. Make sure you keep your lower back flat against the floor. You may want to put your hands (forming triangle) under your buttocks for support (if needed). Start with 3-5 sets of 10 and work your way up.

First off, sit ups are not good for you. Secondly, ab exercises build up your abdominal muscles, they do _NOT_ burn fat. If you're trying to get a flat stomach you need to lose the fat that's there. Bike riding, rollerblading, ice skating, swimming, jogging, elliptical, etc. Shoot for 60 minutes a day, but don't over do it. Stay under 120 minutes, and try to switch it up each day so you never do the same thing two days in a row. Follow this advice and you'll see the pounds dropping off before you know it. You can safely lose up to 2 pounds a week.

On a side note... Doing any muscle building exercise (such as sit-ups, crunches, or ANY exercise meant for building muscle) every day is not good. Your abs are just like every other muscle in your body, and need at least 48-72 hours to rest and repair between workouts. Working them too often is worse for you than not working out at all.

I put on weight over the summer and usually lose it after school starts naturally, but this year I gained a little more than I would have likes to and lost my flat stomach. Will running on a treadmill for 30 minutes per day and doing ab exercises make my stomach flat overtime? (I know it won't happen in a week but eventually? Like by homecoming in October?)

When you eat, your stomach naturally expands then goes back to flat over 30 minutes. Don't be influenced by models to skip a day of eating. I wouldn't take the risk. You'll just feel sick. Do cardio exercise, don't starve yourself. Besides, the results of starving for a day aren't permanent.
