Yes, I have fallen for a girl that I was not initially attracted to. Unfortunately, every time it's happened, I've firmly entrenched myself in her "friend's only" zone by the time I developed feelings for her. But that's just me. I've known couples where the girl liked the guy all along and she was hanging as his friend, but secretly hoping he'd ask her out all along, so when he finally did, years later start to like her, then she was more than happy to say yes. Personally, I think that a woman is more likely to take a chance on a guy she doesn't find that physically attractive (although women put a greater importance on looks than the stereotype says and more so than many claim). As a guy, we really don't think about dating girls we're not attracted to. That being said, sometimes there's girls where it's like most guys would rate her a 4 or 5, maybe a 6, but she has a certain quality that really stands out to a certain guy and he finds her very attractive. I've been there before. Where I really find a girl cute who I know isn't particularly hot, but she just has something going on and I find her really sexy.

Okay, so there is this girl in my 4th and 5th period class and I instantly fell in love with her. I think I am a fairly attractive fellow and my friends think so too. they say that "she is too ugly" and say that "I should aim higher" and that "with my looks it would be a waste".
