I have found many sites that I've registered with by doing a search for my email address / name in a search engine. For example, in Yahoo or Google search engine I type, with quotes "xmarine2847" or "xmarine2847@yahoo.com" Most likely, it will not find all of the sites you've registered with, but many I have found were ones I had completely forgotten about.

If you go to most online services there are ways to intercept a username using a MITM attack if you have the person's email address (you may be subject to one of these if you, for example, get an email that someone is requesting a new password for one of your social media accounts).This can allow the attacker to reset your password and take over your accounts in certain circumstances, often having to do with malware information or keylogger or other attacks in tandem.It's probably more aggressive than you are contemplating -- I certainly hope it is! -- but it seemed like posting the extreme and criminal case might give a good point of reference against which less but still creepy, stalker-y options could be evaluated for their relative "merits." ;)

My work blocks out web mail based sites such as Yahoo, Hotmail, Gmail, etc. Is there a way to access my Yahoo! mail? A number of proxy sites have been blocked as well, but if you know of any good ones, please list! Are there any other options other than proxy sites?

here is a much better idea. kids are notoriously clever at getting past security applications. but they can't get past this one. but it's not freee like the others. get http://www.webwatcherkids.com/ and install it on his computer when he's not home. it can block the sites he can go to, record everyone of his keystrokes, give you screen shots of what he sees etc. it can evenemail reports to you anytime, anywhere. this application makes no recognizeable files on the hard drive so he can't find it, he can't see it work, and he can't type in a code to get around it. he's simply stuck with it. other keyloggers can be removed by spyware removal tools but not webwatcherkids http://www.webwatcherkids.com/ warning: if he finds out you have been spying on him he may not speak to you again for a very long time. so be careful.
