Is There Anything More I Can Add To My Daily Regime

What changes can I add to my daily regimen to reduce my risk for skin cancer?

You don’t say what your daily regimen is so it’s a bit hard to judge, but if part of it involves jogging outdoors in the daytime then a simple fix would be to jog on an indoor track. Why? Because a major cause of skin cancer is sunshine! Even dilute sunshine through cloud cover could be a cause. Heck, if you want to take the antismoking “No Safe Level” mantra to heart, you might be safer jogging indoors at night! After all, there are trillions of tiny twinkling sunshiny nuclear radiation emitters up there in the sky above even at midnight!Heh, I wouldn’t worry about midnight starlight myself, but definitely the indoor jogging thing in daytime would be relevant to your concerns, plus you’ll greatly reduce your risk of getting hit by a car or getting lung cancer from vehicle exhaust.MJM, whose main exercise regimen every day involves multiple trips from the computer to his chocolate hoard and back…

What are three things I can simply add to my daily routine that will improve the quality of my life and health as well as make me more productive?

Health:This is probably done to death, but get into the habit of routinely exercising. I’ve been consistently working out since 2014 and it has been amazing.Other than obvious health and fitness benefits, working out regularly builds discipline that you can then apply to anything else. Here’s what I do, it’s very simple to follow and is great for beginners too:On Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday (The point is to have a day off between sessions, which means that on the next week the sequence will flip), I do the “Fierce 5” workout routine followed by a 20 minute run.“Fierce 5” is awesome. I’ve experimented with several programs since I started lifting and found this one to be optimal for me. This gym routine focuses on full-body exercises. When done right and combined with the proper nutrition, you can run this routine for 6–12 months and see significant mass and strength gains. It’s also pretty short as far as workouts go, which makes it great for busy people.Productivity:Get better at keeping track of your goals. Our time is limited - if you’re ambitious, it’s extremely important to keep track of your goals and do something to advance them on a daily basis. I use a system similar to what Nicolas Cole talks about here.

Daily beauty regime?

Alba organics are lovely and not too expensive. I'd recommend their Pinapple enzyme cleanser, their lotus toner, with Jasmine and Vitamin E moisturizer, and their their papaya enzyme mask once a week

The enzymes will help gently exfoliate your rough spots, and the moisturizer and toner will help hydrate your skin.

How can we change our daily routine habits?

Hey Jai!To change something you need to know your present situation and your desired future situation. So sit down right away with a pen and a notebook and write down the followingWhat all is included in your routine right now?what all do you want to include in your routine? Do you want to make more time for family? anything of that sort. Design your ideal routine. After you are done with the clarity part now you have to plan. Tick the things that match in both the situations and appreciate yourself for it. Then see the things you can include very easily.E.g. If your ideal routine includes waking up at 5 a.m. and then exercising for half an hour - Sleep an hour earlier.*Usually people don’t feel like exercising so the tip here is to do zumba or aerobics. That is more interesting. Like you can do 15 mins stretching and 15 mind bhangra watching it from youtube there are numerous videos on the same and it will do the same + become something you will look forward to*Now all that is left is to monitor your progress. Journal about how much you followed your ideal routine and where you slacked on daily or weekly basis (NOT MONTHLY BASIS).The key to change your routine is to be SELF DISCIPLINES and PERSISTENT.
