Is This Good Hiit Exercise For Fat Loss

What are the best HIIT Exercises for weightloss?

LUNGES are hands-down one of the best HIIT exercises. They are a worthy mainstay of fitness regimens for people of all skill levels, from those simply trying to stay in shape to elite amateur and professional athletes. This tried-and-true exercise is simple to master, effective and provides several physical benefits. Lunges work well for warming up or lower body strength training. Basic lunges, also known as forward or static lunges, take advantage of your body weight to strengthen the leg muscles, especially the quadriceps of your front thigh. Men and women alike appreciate a toned derrière and lunges are a good option to improve this area. Lunges improve your core strength, which leads to better posture and balance. Your core muscles include those of your abdomen, back, chest, pelvis and buttocks. Sitting for extended periods may cause tightness in the muscles that bend, or flex, your legs at the hips. Lunges stretch these muscles, improving the flexibility of your hip joints and preventing low back pain caused by tight hip flexors. Thus saying that you will burn amazing amount of fat with the help of LUNGES is not an overstatement. Let’s read in detail about this which will help us understand the concept more specifically in this Blog by Mevolife - A health & fitness application running successfully on all Android & Ios phones.http://mevolife.com/androidapp?f...http://mevolife.com/androidapp?f...

What kind of HIIT exercise do you recommend for maximum fat loss?

I recommend doing HIIT using your own body as a weight instead of doing it on a cardio machine. Its common knowledge that jogging out in the open is tougher and burns more calories than simply jogging on the treadmill. Now instead of jogging lets talk about Sprinting.‘Sprinting is super fun, enjoyable, and literally is the epitome of HIIT’s workouts. Here’s how you do it:Always Warm Up for 2–3 minutes.Do jumping jacks, high knees etcThen do few active stretches for your Quads, Hamstring etcYou are ready to go now.Find a stretch of 50–100 m …The Sprint with everything you got.Rest and recover…ideally walk back to your starting position. After 2- 3 min sprint again…Do this 3–4 times.Note: Your legs may be sore for few days, as there are so many muscles that are not used even during weight lifting.10 Min-15 min of doing Sprint Intervals can easily burn 200 calories and even more due to EPOC.

Is HIIT a good workout for fast weight loss?

HIIT (high intensity interval training). I weigh 128, five foot and three inches, I want to get to at least 118 (try to get rid of those rolls, slim down my legs, stomach, arms, etc. FULL BODY!) and I'm wondering if HIIT is the right way for me to get ready for my beach trip in 2 WEEKS! How many times a day should I do this and is it a good way of burning the calories I take?

I'm not sure if I'm asking the right kind of questions, but I want to get the best bikini body that I'm able to.

I would like a more than one sentence response, I'm kinda new at this and would appreciate steps I could take and someone who can answer all of my questions!

Please and thank you!

Can walking 2 miles a day effect my period if i never exercise?

No. Normal non-fatass people walk more than 2 miles a day just doing normal tasks. Not even including actual time spent at the gym. You don't know how insignificant 2 miles a day really is.

HIIT vs. "Fat Burning Zone" cardio for weight loss?

Which is better for burning fat and weight loss? I read contradicting things online. I hear that HIIT (high intensity interval training) is great for losing weight, however I hear you burn the most fat by keeping your heart rate in a certain zone (fat burning zone or 60%-70% of max heart rate) for as long as you can. What are your thoughts?
