Is This Normal For This To Happen To My Face After Losing Weight

Im losing weight but my face is still fat?

I know how you feel I used to have quite a rounded face at first I noticed that exercise and eating well were not working and my face was still quite round even though I had lost alot of weight but eventually my face become very angular and it wasn't instant it was a gradual process. Don't worry just be patient you will eventually loose some of the weight off your face, it just depends on a persons body and natural shape how fast they loose weight from different areas. Also try not to eat to much food in one go even if its low fat food take time in eating throughout the day with gaps of at least 3 hours. Keep exercising! It is the key to loosing facial weight. Try facial exercises along side the normal exercises for example on the exercise bike pout while cycling keeping your cheeks in you'll feel yourself sweating a lot more around the face.

Good luck and stay healthy! =)

If you lose weight, does it change your face shape (i.e., from oval to heart)?

Yes, it does. The truth is that if you manage to decrease your overall body fat, then you will experience a huge change in your physical appearance. The lower body fat you have, the more defined your jaw lines will be.That square, sharp face look makes you look incredibly masculine. Of course, the roundness of your face is determined by your genetics as well – but the less body fat you have, the more defined your face will look.Let me give you people my own example. This is how i used to look 4 months back.I was 87 kg's.From college days I wanted to go to gym but was always afraid to go. Finally made my mind and started going to gym and following the proper diet (at least I felt so :P ).After 4 months of gyming and dieting, this is how I look like :It's 4 months of work out which helped me in reducing 20kg's weight.Right now I am 67 kg's.And yes , as per my experience, losing fat (~weight) can change your appearance drastically.Edit 1 : To a the people who are asking me about my diet plan, please dont judge me , I followed my own rules :).Wake up at 5Gym from 5.30 to 7.3020 mins Treadmill, 20 mins cycling , then bench press, chest exercise etc…Break fast at 9 - mostly bread /sandwich.Green tea around 11.30Lunch at 1.30 - Salad + JuiceGreen tea again at 5Dinner at 7.30 - 2 chapatis+sabji+1 bowl rice :).

I'm 5'2 and I weight 174 lbs. it's a lot I know! I want to lose 80lbs. Would my face change a lot of I lose that weight. I have puffy cheeks and yeah my legs are thick. Will my face get thinner when I lose weight?

Hi!Our body doesnt burn fat in any particular area depending on the workout we select. Body fat is burning simultaneously but not always equally depending on our body type. My best suggestion is to implement healthy eating into your lifestyle and start working our your whole body, you will lose weight and already have toned muscles showingStaying healthy and fit is something you do every day if you really want those results, its not a one time solution to lose weightYou have to consume enough proteins, lower your carb intake and workout starting with cardio+some free weights.Depending on your body type face fat will burn faster or longer but eventually its all gonna leaveHave a great day:)

How does someone's face change when they lose weight?

With that said, I know 99.9% people, when they lose fat, they start to look better, younger. However there is a caveat to this:You need to lose fat (and not weight) and do in the healthiest manner possible. If you choose to employ a starvation diet and opt for chronic cardio to lose weight, you will not get the same glow and youthful appearance on your face.If you want to look younger and better especially when it comes to your face:You should cut down processed foods and eat mostly home made foodEnsure that you eat enough fruits and veggies daily. They have tons of nutrients which are great for your skin too.Sleep enoughReduce inflammation and chronic stressLosing weight is not the end goal here, being healthy is.In my before picture I was in my Mid-20s and the after picture was clicked yesterday and I am approaching Mid-30s.I agree except for haircut (which is creating a bigger impact between the two pictures), losing fat can dramatically alter your face appearance. It’s like they are two different people. Before Picture: Body Fat 18–20%After Picture: Body Fat 10–11%When you lose weight—the healthy way, you have that spark and glow on your face.Your body sees losing weight as a threat (especially when you are trying to go below 10% Body Fat) and tries to shut down.Final NoteDon't believe in programs or methods like-Chewing Gums-Or facial exercises that promises that you can lose just the fat on your face.As always… spot reduction is a myth.Lets say even if it happens, the changes will be so minute, that they wont be visible.Instead use your valuable time in get rid of your body fat overall and let your body decide where decides to slim down.Sometimes, when you start losing fat, your face starts to look slimmer, but belly fat remains the same…don't worry keep going…Sometimes, you lose fat from belly, but the face still remains chubby….dont worry keep going….You don't decide where you lose fat from.Your body, your genetics—where your maximum fat cells are located, decides this.Your JOB is to focus fat loss (no spot reduction methods…neither for face nor for abs).Hope this answers all your queries.Check out LEAN-The Ultimate Skinny-Fat Solution. How does losing weight effect your facial features?

So I'm currently 18 yrs old, 164 lbs, 5'4", taking hydroxycut, and on a vigorous diet and exercise program in an attempt to get back down to 115 lbs. I am the kind of person who gains a lot of weight in their face mostly my cheeks. So I was wondering how losing that weight will effect my facial features(I know it won't actually change them). But will it open up my eyes a little making them look bigger? Or will my eyes start looking bigger in comparison to my face getting smaller? Will my mouth and lips look wider and more voluptuous? How did your face change when you lost weight?
