Is Vit-jaipur And Nit-jaipur A Good College For B.tech And Is There Any Chance To Get A Good Job

Which college is better for CSE: MNIT Jaipur or VIT Vellore?

Short answer:MNIT Jaipur.Long answer:I think name of the college matters only for like 1–2 years after graduation. Then it's more about how good you are in your field.A good and reputed college can definitely get you better opportunities but then again, it's you who should know how to utilise them for your betterment. As some people have already mentioned the benefits of joining MNIT, I'd like to add one more thing which is, don't just sit and relax thinking joining NIT would fetch you a good job. Try to keep doing good projects apart from those in your curriculum. Take part in competitive programming. Keep in touch with folks who think outside the box. Don't hesitate in asking questions.Don't join any college or branch just for getting placed. Enjoy the process of learning. Solve problems. Discuss them with your friends. These things would make you a better person professionally. So, MNIT is a better choice because it gives you the platform to showcase yourself and your learning. You become a better person after 4 years. Plus all the pros that have been answered already.Hope this helps.Regards,Parul.

How are placements for VLSI at MNIT Jaipur? How many of the students get placed?

I would rate : 4/10 and 3/10 (total students got jobs and who got into VLSI domain respectively).I dont mean to discourage you or anybody who are willing to join MNIT to take VLSI Design course. I just ranked it based on my experience interms of campus placements alone!!Overall MNIT is a good college to study : they have experienced professors, vast amount of resources in library (digital and physical) and enough options to get the decent research work done.. Nothing less than what a master’s student need. But if you are specifically looking for campus placements (that too in VLSI domain), then you could probably reconsider your choices and may be limit your options to only IITs or NIT- Warangal/Trichy/Surathkal etc... Some of the private colleges RV/PES in Bangalore and BITs/VIT/Manipal colleges have chances of getting into VLSI companies. To me, the time spent at MNIT was very special and precious part of the life. And it gave me the spirit to try for an internship program (usually MNIT VLSI department doesn’t allow for internship programs) and my professor was very supportive to get the right things done which led me to get a decent job in VLSI industry by the time my course was completed. So that’s it.. getting direct VLSI placements is difficult, but you may get into a one if you could really plan well (not guaranteed though)

Which collage is best for a BTech in Jaipur, Rajasthan?

I am from Poornima College of Engineering, Jaipur which itself its a very good College but JECRC is considered the best among the private colleges.

Which is better MNIT JAIPUR or IIT JODHPUR?

There is no exact answer because we cannot just state which institute is better according to just placements or just campus lifestyle. Placements IITJ is just ahead of MNIT but campus? MNIT is miles ahead. Another important thing is lifestyle at campus which students don't take much serious but in "long run" i.e. college time it is very important. MNIT is in middle of Jaipur and life here is just amazing. One thing I want to suggest that IIT tag is not something to encourage yourself towards this important step of your life. After all don't get attracted to highest placements (placements are important thought but not more than your happiness) but decide carefully how you will live your most important 4/5 years of your life. I just want you to understand these things maybe little things but very important. And that IIT TAG thing; every year 10k students get there so don't feel so special. Only thing you will care after 4 years is not what is in your bank account but memories you will have. So choose accordingly, consider everything, even your locality. What is good for one may not be good for some other. Best of luck with your decision.

Is KIIT a better option than VIT, MANIPAL, SRM, or less renowned NITs like NIT Surat, Jaipur, Raipur, etc.?

I had two cousins and many friends pass out from KIIT and have visited the campus many times. The answer is no. In terms of education and exposure and especially, the peer interactions you get(which in my opinion can be a great factor in your learning) VIT, SRM, the NITs mentioned in the question rank  better. However under some circumstances I would recommend KIIT and here are those1- The expenses of KIIT are almost at par with SRM and VIT(in fact a little less). If you are a localite staying in Bhubaneshwar you can save a lot of money by not staying in the hostel which leaves a significant less amount to pay in fees. So if money is a concern for you, and you can get cheap local accommodation, then the value for money of KIIT increases in comparison to the other colleges mentioned. To reiterate, I stick to my opening statement but if you are to look at a Return on Investment, then this point can increase your Returns as specified.2- Proximity. If you need to visit the student regularly for any medical reason or he needs regular counselling or if he has come back to the house regularly to discharge some family duties, and you stay around Bihar or Jharkhand or Odisha, KIIT is a better option. I know many a engineering students who went to far off places and got wayward because of not getting proper guidance and affection from their families. I know this may not apply to the teeming majority out there, but if it does, it may be a thing to consider. And one last thing.. I have graduated from NIT Kurukshetra. I have friends graduating from IITs and also KIIT and many private colleges. As much as I may draw wrath for saying this, but I think, it doesn't matter much what college you choose. Yes the factors differ nobody denies that. But with the right mindset, right aspirations, books, and information, any student can crack open any opportunity. Good luck with the choice!

Which one is better, NIT or VIT?

According to the list of top engineering colleges in India published by HRD ministry of India VIT stands at 13th position with all NITs except NIT Trichi (12th place) behind it.So it is now official that VIT is better than all NITs except NIT trichi. If you are not getting a IIT or NIT Trichi or BITs Pilani then it is highly advisable to join VIT University.VIT offers 100% placements to its students and the average package is 4-5 lakhs for non CS-IT branches and 6-7 lakhs for CS-IT (It is a rough estimate as VIT never discloses the avg. pacakge kind of things).Maximum package can go as far as 25-30 lakhs (Totally depends on you).Cultural fests of VIT are very good namely GRAVITas and Riviera.(You will feel it when you join here).VIT is like an island with all possible things you can even think of present on Campus(Don't go on the names of brands as brands famous in South India are different from those in North India ,However quality is same.)Charisma of VIT is undoubtedly very high as you get to do internship in MICROSOFT , FORD and other giants, you get to build your own cars there are more then 13-14 team are building their own cars(you get a chance to race your cars in USA and Germany). You can choose your professor, class timing ,subject and everything. And the most important thing campus is beautiful like heaven (More beautiful than images on google.)One suggestion: Choose special mess if you are planning to join it.One more suggestion: Try getting CSE orIT if you need a GF and if you choose Mechanical try getting it in 1st or 2nd sem(You will understand ;-)).

Should I choose a lower ranked NIT (Mizoram, Meghalaya, etc.) or private institutes like VIT or SRM?
