Waking up with random cuts/scratches?
(i kinda didn't know what category to put it in, sorry) At first I thought something just happened to me in my sleep, but this is starting to get kind of creepy. The first time this happened was about a month ago, and it was a scratch on my wrist (not the inside, the outside). Then it didn't happen again until a few nights ago, when I woke up with one on my wrist/palm of my hand. This morning, I woke up, and found a scratch on my chest. They're not deep cuts, and the scratches aren't long, and it doesn't hurt, but it's making me feel really weird and scared.
Waking up with random bruises and scratches?
So a couple days ago I woke up with a small bruise near my right arm pit and my left forearm. I just thought maybe I bumped myself and didn't notice, then this morning I woke up with a scratch on my right thigh and a really red scratch on my right boob. I'm pretty sure I'm not scratching myself because my nails aren't that long and I sleep with a sports bra so I can't really scratch myself there. Does anyone have any ideas what this could be?
Dreaming-Waking up Problem?
It's been a week since I've been having problems in my sleep. It sometimes end up bad. I always dream about random things then if my alarm clock rings, I would wake up, turn it off then go back to sleep.... unconsciously. I always experience where I wake up in the morning, wondering why my alarm didn't set off, I usually end up late in school. Just to realize that I turned it off then went back to sleep. It's weird 'cause I'm not a sleepy head or lazy to get to school. Or I don't want to be late, at least. Why would I turn my alarm clock off then go back to sleep? Do I have some kind of disorder? I'm worried... This might get worse.

Use call blocker by setting ''Ignore Unknown Number '' 2. If you have an Android cellphone there is a option 'Do Not Disturb' mode in 4.4 KitKat. You can set it to ignore calls from unknown numbers. Worst you can do is change your number. As I guessed, these are VOIP(voice over internet protocol) numbers. Its possible they can be operators or advertising company. Follow one of the steps I suggested, might save you from future troubles.

I wake up every morning wishing I'd died in my sleep and I don't know why. How can I get out of this mentality?
I have exactly this feeling. The first thing I feel when I wake up in the morning is “oh no! I’m awake and have to live through this entire day :(.” It’s like a sharp slap in my face that makes me want to sleep or sedate myself all day.I would just sleep, but i have a meeting within twenty minutes of waking up that i have to lead.It is depression, but you’re basically unhappy with your life and have very little hope for the future. Cortisol levels are highest when we wake up too. There is no easy answer since fixing things takes a lot of effort and strategy change.I think you need some quick wins followed by momentum. As do I.
