How can I white out something that's noticeable?
I need a piece of paper to perform music and I have to show it to the room monitor. My friend drew something huge and very inappropriate on it, how can I hide it?

I have short blonde hair and I like to wear heavy brown eyeliner on my waterlines and a bit of mascara to make my eyes stand out more but I want a more casual natural look to my eyes for school and during the day otherwise my eye makeup will be the same for a night out, so I was wondering if I used white eyeliner on my waterline if it would be noticeable and actually worth getting? Apparently it makes eyes appear bigger and brighter and I like the idea of it. Thanks in advance:)

just do a very thin line. Do not make a thick super dramatic style. Just appl some eyeliner pencil to the waterline (top and bottom) then a very thing line on your eyelid following your lash line with a liquid liner! :) besides lAzy eyes are so awesome!!! Look at shawn mendes he has one and hes hot
What do you think of WHITE EYELINER? ?
so i have pretty small (brown) eyes like i need to order special "small" contacts, and i wanted to make them look a little bigger. i normally wear dark brown liner and it probably makes them look really small. i heard white eyeliner on your lower lashline can make them look bigger. but im only 16 and i dont want to look trashy if i'm going to wear this stuff every day. So does anyone wear white eyeliner? do you guys think it looks slutty? any brands to recommend of the white eyeliner? thanks for your help!

Eye Makeup. I usually have mascara, and eyeliner. Very simple. Maybe some white shadow in the corner. But you can't even tell that I look any different. I would like it to be noticeable. Hope this makes sense, LOL.

its too hard, dont try to put it on ur waterline. trash it out, or unless u wanna play with it like write on ur mirrors with it, lol its fun. i would recomend stila's white kajal eyeliner, its amazing, it goes on ur waterline like a dream. but if u dont want to spend that much money on an eyeliner (stila's is around $16 i believe), Rimmel's Soft Kohl Kajal Eye Pencil in Pure White is great, it goes on ur waterline pretty easily & its soft. its reallly nice and only around $2 at walmart or other drugstores. check thoes out
How to make lazy eye less noticeable with make up?
You can make your eye look more open and wide to disguise a lazy eye, dab the inner corners of your eyes with a shimmery white, and at the outer corner with a dark colour ( basically like smoky eyes) making both your eyelids darker, then lighter in the corner, disguises the lines of the eyelid! also apply dark under your bottom lashes, and mascara on the bottom lashes, this will draw attention away from the top of your eye hope this helps!:)
