Are there any job prospects abroad for the ones who have completed their BCom (Honors) from India?
Its possible to get a job directly abroad even without doing an MBA/Masters from Abroad. However, it depends on your skillset and personal contacts. I know people who left india just after BCom to work for Accounting firms in US/Canada because they had some relative or cousin who could sponsor their visa. If you don't have a personal contact, then the other option will be to try learning some foreign language like French/German/Polish to get an opportunity to work in these countries. The final and last option will be to pursue Masters/MBA from any university abroad.

As a non-Japanese in Japan it's difficult to find work outside of teaching English. I've interviewed for some architectural positions here once my Japanese was ok, but even then I found it wasn't worth it. English positions are in higher demand than architectural ones so the salary is higher and work hours are much less, which is why I'm an architect who teaches English.
