How long do I have to wait to get my nose re-pierced? It fell out and I really want to get it done again.
This happened to me. You have to wait several weeks.I’ve had my septum pierced twice. A week at the first piercing, the little keeper jewellery fell out, while I was in the shower. I didn’t realise at first. Several hours later, I realised what had happened. I called my piercer who said there was nothing I could do. The piercing hole closes quickly.So I waited several weeks. This allows time for the piercing to properly close and heal. While septum skin tissue is healing, it’s not recommend to have that place re-pierced.After several weeks of waiting, I had my septum re-pierced. This time around, I was more careful. I had the septum piercing stretched up a gauge size. And I’ve happily had my septum piercing since 2014.
My nose stud just fell out..i only got it pierced 2 weeks ago and it wont go back in! :| help? aha.?
Wow. I did the exact same thing last week actually. If you just wait a little while for the swelling to go down there are some really good videos on youtube showing you how to put your nose hook back in. I personally had some 18 g. hoops in my jewelery box and I disinfected it by boiling it and then soaking it in rubbing alcohol. I just slipped it it in to keep the hole intact, but now I really like it. My nose ring jewl fell out.. just got it pierced on Tuesday...what do I do?
See the only thing is the piercer doesn't open until lunchtime... and I need it fixed NOW... I have school, but I guess I'm just going to go in late. and I was just now looking with a flashlight IN my nose and I don't even see the other side of the ring I just see a zit like thing.... I don't see the metal part AT ALL... what does this mean?

Your piercer should be glad to change it out for you. Most piercers would switch it for you immediately at no charge. This change will sting and may set your healing back, so it's up to you if you want it done. Having your piercer change your jewelry this early is relatively safe because they have the correct tools to get your jewelry into place. Trying to change it yourself is NOT a good plan. Just visit your piercer and show them what happened. They should be more than willing to help you sort it out.
My new nose piercing fell out?
i just got my nose pierced six days ago and my nose ring fell out i tried to put it back through, and it went through but did come out on the other side. it just got all swollen on the inside. im not sure if i poked another hole in it or what but its getting harder to push the ring through because the inside is swollen. i can't go back to the piercer right now because it's late, so should i just leave it out all night and let the swelling go down, then try tomorrow (and possibly go to the piercer then) or will it close by then ? help !?

But I put the little stud back in fine and it did hurt while putting it back in and now my nose is a little sore like it was when I first got it done yesterday. But my one piece nose stud is back in. Yays! Now I'm kinda nervous that it might fall out again, especially since it fell out so soon. I noticed when I woke up that the piercing was laying on my bed so it must have came off while I was sleeping :/ Will I have to go through this every night? Is there a way I can keep my piercing in while sleeping? I've tried like sleeping on my back or on the side the piercing is not on but apparently that didn't work lol Any suggestions? Will it fall out again when I go to bed tonight? :/ I hope not. I don't want my usual morning routine to be putting this piercing back in lol. Is it normal for a nose piercing to come out in less than 24 hours after you've gotten it??
Got my nose pierced a month ago, the diamond fell out of the stud and metal is turning green, what do I do?:(?
So I got my nose pierced a month ago, and i noticed the metal started turning a little bit green..then tonight when I was soaking it in salt water the diamond fell out(its just a stud). I know your suppose to leave it in for 6 months, but is there any thing I can do? I don't really want just plain metal for 5 more months. (Thought about trying to superglue it carefully, but don't know of any thing else)

It's pretty unlikely at that point. The fistula (the hole) should be healed at this point. It's when the piercing is healing that one must worry about infection. I'd keep an eye out for redness, swelling, and fever, but it should be okay. If you do see the signs of an infection, head to an urgent care, your GP, or worst case scenario, the ER.If you're putting jewellery back in the hole, just be sure to clean it by soaking it in rubbing alcohol for ten minutes.

Don't let your friend touch it! it is an open wound and you need to take good care of it. I hope the wire you put through there is clean or you could get an infection. Seriously, please go back to the person who pierced it for you and they should be able to clean it up and re-insert the jewelry for you free of charge. Do you have a straight ear ring? If you do, boil some water and place it in a container with boiling water and salt, just normal table salt will do. Leave it 5 minutes and dry with a clean paper towel. With clean hands, put the straight ear ring through your nose piercing. You could probably put up with that in your nose until you can get to your piercer. From experience, it is very difficult to put a curved bar back in yourself when your piercing is new. Good luck! :)
Can I take my nose piercing out just for a shower (I’ve had it two weeks so far)?
Two weeks isn’t very long to have had a piercing before thinking about taking it out, especially a nose piercing. I wouldn’t touch it for at least two months. Is there any reason you want to take it out for a shower? If you’re washing your face, just be gentle with it and make sure to rinse around the piercing so no residual soap is left.
