Im a male 16 and is wondering if any one knows what kind of syndrome, disease, or sickness could cause these uncomfortable feelings. Am I having blood pressure issues or cardio problems which has the blood from my arms go to my penis? I would really like to know thank you

Dizziness and fingers tingling?

okay i should first start off by saying i am a hypochondriac and i have thought that i have had a brain tumor for the past 2 months now, i have been having dizzy spells for like over a month now, they are off and on and sometimes really bad like usually when driving, its hard to say what kind of dizziness i am feeling but it feels like tingling and a detachment like i am almost like a "zombie" or something, i have also had tingling in my fingertips, at first just on my left hand and now right, this to comes and goes, also, at night and when looking at a computer screen i see like a glow of another light around stuff like traffic lights or neon signs almost to the point where i am seeing like a double of the light. i have been to a dr. but since i am a hypochondriac he is not worried about it, what could this be?

Tingling complaint is a complaint that is common and has many causes, and to ascertain the cause of your complaint, takes a physical examination in addition to a complete medical interview. For information, tingling usually occurs when the body is too long time in silent, or be in a certain position, so that blood flow to the area (eg, hand or foot toward you) becomes blocked. If this happens, you do not need to worry because it is a natural thing to happen. The complaint will gradually disappear by moving parts of the body tingling so that blood flow back smoothly to the area. All you have to worry about is if your complaint tingling expanding day by day, more and more often and is accompanied by complaints such as headaches, vomiting, paralysis of limbs, impaired vision, impaired hearing, and so forth. I smashed my finger, and its kinda numb, Should I go to the hospital?

No.

Go to a Doctor's office if it persists. But not the ER.

If it hasn't changed colour it's not numb from the pressure built up from the burst blood vessels, then it's just a bruised nerve.

Believe me if it was broke you would know. I broke mine 5 days ago! Swore and it went black straight away.
It was VERY numb but was relieved after a hole was drilled into my nail to take some pressure off.

The top of my head is tingling?

I think you have tight muscles in your neck that is causing you these pains. Light headed is from pinched muscles, tingling can also be from them and the weighing on your forehead would seem to be like the onset of the pains. Here is how you can release the muscles in your neck to get rid of these pains:
Neck
Invert your hands and put them next to your head placing your thumbs in under your ears and your fingers behind your head. Squeeze together and hold until the muscles release. Then slowly lower your head until your neck is fully extended, release the pressure but hold your head there for another 30 seconds.
With your neck in the bent position, replace your thumbs in under the ears and your fingers behind your neck but right next to your skull this time. Press your fingers and thumbs together again and hold. Relax your body while waiting. When the muscles have all released, slowly lift your head until it’s level again, release the pressure but hold your head like that for another 30 seconds.
Repeat it until the pain is gone.

What's wrong with me if my symptoms are: tingling in my fingertips for hours, always cold/tired, constant sharp pain in a random part of my body, always dizzy/nauseous, loss of appetite, and weakness in my right leg?

It would be a fun exercise to provide you with a list of possible diagnoses, (emphasis on “possible”), but it probably would not serve you well. On your way to the doctor try to remember when each symptom started, how long they last, what makes each symptom better or worse, are some aspects improving or worsening, any correlation with exposures, work, food, drugs, time of day or night, etc. In fact try to think of anything you can to tell the doctor, even if it seems silly. I have had many occasions when a patient hasn’t told me something because they didn’t think it was important and it turned out to be an important clue.I hope things go well for you. Just make sure that you perform vitamin b12 serum test , 25 hydroxyl vitamin d and a total thyroid test (TFT) test and consult a physician or a neurologist for the weakness in the legs it might be a serious issue . Just observe and take note of your symptoms so you don't forget even a small clue of symptoms
