You Goal is buy the laptop. now you are not capable financially.Do one thing search one store who can give you the laptop on EMI based or try e-com players Amazon, Flipkart etc. and buy the laptop for 2 years (EMI may be less than Rs.500) and you will get your laptop.

Go to a Best Buy or Fry's or some other store that sells Apple products. Have a sales person write up the purchase of your choice and talk about the credit situation. You probably will not get a no-interest card, but maybe a deferred if you are lucky. You might have to kick in some cash out of pocket since you don't have a credit history. Usually a starter account has a very low limit to start off with. But unless you have verifiable income, you may not be able to get the card at all. It would be better to go without a co-signer. And if you just can't swing the credit card option for a laptop, wait a little longer, accumulate the cash you need to buy it outright. Then go to someplace like Target or Sears or Penney's or Lowe's and get an account started with them. Don't go crazy with the card, but buy something each month to keep an active balance. Pay it off on time every month. After six months you might ask to have your limit increased. A higher limit will help demonstrate your credit worthiness. Do NOT carry a balance month to month. What OS are you running, if you are using Windows 8.1, then NFS won't run on it without tweaking some settings, you might need to set the compatibility to Windows XP Service Pack 3 or Windows Visata, most of the time this should work.As regards the unarc.dll error, I think that you are trying to install the said games through a repack. Try to clean your temp folder, go to start and type"%temp%" without "" and then delete everything in that folder, also if you are trying to install it from an external HDD, then first copy the install files to your internal HDD and then try again, did this repack work in another computer ?.

I want to buy a laptop for the first time on black Friday. I don't really know what I'm doing though because I'm not the best with technology and knowing what will work for me or not...so I was on Best Buys website and this laptop with accessories is for sale "Samsung - 15.6" Laptop - 4GB Memory - 500GB Hard Drive - Black" https://blackfriday.bestbuy.com/door+bus... but is this a good one? I don't know if it will work with me, so here are my laptop preferences: my parents laptop (the one I use currently) has video issues, for example the sound is faster than the visuals so watching Netflix or youtube is annoying on it lol. So a laptop that doesn't do that would be good ;) Also I'd like to have a lot of storage room for papers (I'm student), pictures, etc. I don't know if 4GB is a lot of room or not, it sounds little but I really don't know about this stuff lol :) and preferably a long time in between charging, but that's not all important...anyways I'd like one under $500 on black Friday so please tell me if this is a good deal to fit with what I want? Help! Where can i buy a Windows 98 computer / laptop?
You don't need one. Just insert the disk, or something, and right click on the install file/Autorun/Setup/Install/etc. and right click, go to "Properties", and go to compatibility, then check "Run this program in compatibility mode for" and select "Windows 98". And then when it installs, this is a must: Go to the shortcut that it makes, right click on it, and again go to: "Properties" and then "Compatibility" and then check "Run this program in compatibility mode for" and then select "Windows 98" as well. You can fiddle around with the settings, (for both install and shortcut) but it should work. The reason I posted it twice is because the installer might need Compatibility mode as well. There. Magic!
