Awhile back I had a really bad testicular pain that came on suddenly after skateboarding. Now my left testicle hangs way more horizontally than it used to before the injury. My urologist says there is nothing wrong with me but he hasnt been very nice to me. Do you think that the problem will go away on its own or should I continue getting second opinions. It also still hurts a little 3 months later.

I had just gotten married when I had it and sex was very painful for weeks, just one testicle (but that was enough to ruin it) If the pain does not go away you should see a urologist. In my case, once I changed the bike saddle to a more "male friendly" version, the problem went away. There are a lot of nerves between your legs and the bike could be part of your issue.
