Legally Are These Pictures Considered To Be Explicit

Is it illegal for me, a minor, to have explicit pictures of myself in my cellphone or my computer?

In the U.S., it can be. Legally, it’s child porn.Regardless of whether you live in a jurisdiction that criminalizes the production and/or possession of child pornography when you yourself are the subject, it’s a REALLY, REALLY, REALLY bad idea to create or keep that stuff. All it takes is one press of the “send” button and — poof — those pictures wind up in the hands of someone else who can post them to the internet. And once it’s on the internet, it’s there forever. There are about a zillion people on this planet who have sent explicit pictures of themselves to boyfriends or girlfriends, and then learned the hard way after they broke up that exes don’t always behave nicely after a bad breakup. You don’t want to be one of them. You don’t want those pictures coming back to haunt you if the admissions committee at the college you apply to a few years from now Googles your name as part of a background check and finds them. You don’t want those pictures coming back to haunt you years from now if a potential employer Googles your name as part of a background check and finds them. You don’t want those pictures coming back to haunt you if a classmate or someone you work with Googles your name just for fun and finds them.

Is it considered child pornography to send pictures of your nipple who is 17 and they are 16? I got a picture of some kid at my school and I told them that they were wrong and that is illegal. They just continued to laugh and make fun of me.

Having sexually explicit images of anyone under the age of 18 (in the US) is considered child pornography. So assuming the nipple is of a female minor, then yes, it is child pornography.Understand that the laws regarding child pornography are purposely broad in effort to make it harder for individuals to skirt around and find loopholes. Truth be told, if you (a minor) take a nude image of yourself and never show anyone, you’re technically in possession of child pornography. Eventhough the image is of yourself and you took the image yourself, you can face charges related to child pornography. If you’re dating someone and both of you are minors and the one of you agrees to consensually send nude self images of yourselves to each other, both of you could face charges of possession of child pornography as well as the person sending the picture can be charged with distribution of child pornography.Sounds outlandish right? Well there have been quite a few minors who’ve done both these things and were charged in accordance to the law. A minor is a minor and child pornography is child pornography. Is it considered child pornography to send pictures of your nipple who is 17 and they are 16?If the nipple is one of a female minor’s, then yes you are in possession of child pornography. By sending it to another, you are also distributing child pornography.

Is cyberbullying only considered a crime if you send explicit images?

In the US, free speech laws are in tension with the conduct we might call cyberbullying. Generally speaking, what you are looking for when it comes to illegal online behavior and bullying would be threats of physical violence, especially if they suggest a true intent to carry them out. The police take such threats much more seriously if they are from people who are close by, for example, versus people who are in another country, thousands of miles away. As is always the case in law, it depends on the specifics of the situation, as well as the specific law. Most states handle cyberbullying under laws involving threats and harassment.Sending an explicit picture may or may not be unlawful. It depends on the age of the recipient and what the picture contains. In some jurisdictions, revenge porn is illegal. Many jurisdictions do not have such laws though. So if your question involves posting a naked picture of another person, as usual, it will depend on the law and the specific facts.

Is a picture of a naked 17 year old girl considered child porn?

I think it may depend on what state you're in.

If someone takes picture of me without my consent, what should I do?

Tell them they’re creepy and ask them to treat others with basic respect. Human beings have souls and feelings. We matter. We aren’t just props for people to take photos of to send to their loser friends.I’m so sick of how common it is for people to take photos of others without their consent. You wouldn’t walk up to a stranger and take a deep, loud sniff of their hair and start to moan or some other creepy, legal thing. Why do so many people think taking photos without consent should be allowed when it is a photo OF the person instead of a photo in which the person just happens to exist? (A photo of a person’s tits vs. a person who happens to be in your photo of the Eiffel Tower.)I was waiting for the train today and caught a woman taking a photo of a person without his consent. I confronted her about it and she just told me to “mind my own business” and started to insult me. Ironic, right? She wasn’t minding her own business by photographing someone without his consent. (She was really ugly and was wearing dark sunglasses in a dark train station so maybe she was just bitter and hung over? lol Some people should be forced to take remedial courses in manners lol.)I’m so tired of people going “it’s legal, so it’s okay!” Lots of bad things are legal, but that doesn’t make them acceptable or normal. Think of all the big pharma companies that make their life-saving medications so expensive that people are literally dying because they cannot afford their meds. Is that legal? Unfortunately, yes. Is it ethical? Heck no!

Is sending a dick pic through your underwear illegal?

Let me just start off saying I'm not planning on doing this, this is just out of curiosity.

Also that I am not over the age of 18.

I know sending a picture of your dick to another girl is illegal, but I was wondering if holding the outline of your penis through a pair of boxers, briefs, etc, would be illegal? Or against Y!A rules?

All answers are appreciated.

Are pictures on Pinterest copyright free?

If there is no note that these are copyright-free pictures, then there are not free. It is a general misunderstanding that pictures used on different platforms would follow different copyright rules. The copyright does not depend on the platform but on the content. It is as if someone thinks that books in public libraries were copyright free… Pinterest is not an author or so. It is something like a library.
