What are some small, random things that annoy you to no end?
When people don’t switch off electrical sockets when not in use.In the UK, we have a on/off switch next to sockets. It is a safety feature which allows you to switch off electrical power in that socket just before you unplug a device. Also, without a switch, the socket is always in use. I don’t know why, but it bothers me when the switch is left on without anything plugged in. Whenever I see this (at work, university, home, shops etc.) I get an uncomfortable feeling and just want to turn the switches off! When folders aren’t organised on PC/USB stick.I cannot explain the feeling that I get when I see randomly named Microsoft Word documents or files that aren’t properly categorised. You can make your life so much easier if you just put everything in its designated folder with a corresponding title so that when you need a particular document you know where it is. I understand everyone has their different methods of organisation but I can’t stand it whenever someone hands me their USB and I have to go through lists and lists of documents to find what I need.E-mail inboxes with 500+ unread emails.I check and read my e-mails very often for work and university, which is something I thought everyone did but apparently not. I’ve met some students who have 500+ or for some over 2000+ unread emails. This just seems so messy and unorganised. Can’t you just tick and unread them all?! Then again it’s mainly just people who subscribed to a lot of sites or get a lot of spam.Image source: Google Images
Can I take someone to court without evidence?
Your testimony and the testimony of your friends is evidence. Your bank withdrawal slip is also evidence. Your ex-boyfriends testimony would also be evidence. So you do have evidence. Your given your boyfriend $3000 is not necessary a gift either. Sure your boyfriend will claim it is a gift and you will claim it is not (to be a gift there must be a transfer and an intent. You are claiming you had no such intent, your ex will claim you did). Talk to a lawyer. Many will give a free initial consultation and offer some basic advice. I would not blow this off. $3000 is not chump change
