Looking For A Good Mbo For My Conditions

Boyfriend Confusion..Help.?

So I've known this guy for about 2 1/2 years. And for about 2 years i guess we have liked eachother. So about 1 year ago he started asking me out but i kept rejecting him because i wasnt sure what i wanted. Finally i said yes and we have been going out for about 2 1/2 months or so. He tells me that he has like me since the first day we met and his feelings are getting stronger. But sometimes at school he does'nt really talk to me a whole bunch and he flirts with a lot of girls. Should i ignore this and shake it off or what.? Also we have never been on an actual date or in other words seen eachother outside of school. And he never makes an attempt to see me out of school. But he always calls and texts me A LOT to talk to me and tell me he misses me. Opinions.?

What is the best environment for long, effective reading?

A quiet and relaxing environment is the most conducive for long bouts of effective reading. Personally I also like to use noise canceling head phones with soft INSTRUMENTAL music.  I wouldn't recommend playing any music with words as it can be distracting.  Turn off cell phones etc. ..Depending on what I'm reading and why. .I have even resorted to candles and/or incense to induce a calm environment. Another important factor for long sessions is your favorite drink and a snack nearby.  I will invariably get thirsty or while reading about a character eating or even describing food. ...will get hungry.  Having to stop and re-enter the real world to get a drink and/or a snack is very disruptive.   Another important aspect is lighting.  You must have decent lighting to combat eye fatigue.  It is somewhat subjective as for myself, I pervert soft direct lighting.  If it is too bright it hurts my eyes and conversely if it's too low,  my eyes become fatigued from straining.  Use the lighting that is most comfortable for your eyes.Finally. ...and most importantly. ....get comfortable. Again,  this can mean different things for different people.  For myself,  I'm usually draped sideways over an overstuffed easy chair with the book propped in my lap. My husband prefers to sit in his recliner.  To recap:1. Quiet environ with no interruptions2. Readily available refreshment 3. Proper lighting for you 4. Comfort Enjoy and Happy reading!  \U0001f600

How do you make plywood waterproof? How long will the waterproofing last?

There are waterproof plywood already available in the market. You could ask for Marine Grade Plywood or BWP (Boiling Water Proof) Plywood to start with. These are made with phenolic bonded formaldehyde resin to render the plywood waterproof. The marine grade plywood can sustain 72 hours soaking in boiling water which means the ply can pretty much last a lifetime for any home usage but if you’re looking to make a boat or something which is going to immersed in water throughout, I’d suggest coating with Epoxy or any other sealants. If you’re cutting the ply anywhere, be sure the joints are well connected and apply sealants over them to avoid water seepage within the layers of Plywood.

Which is the better phrase to use: "I look forward to hearing from you", or "I'm looking forward to hearing from you"?

Hi Ilona,Good question. In English, we talk about formal and informal language, depending on whom you are writing to. Formal = job application/government official/etc. They would get the “I look forward to hearing from you.”Informal = friend/relative/family. They would get the “I’m looking forward to hearing from you.” Hope this helps, Paul

What is your ideal reading environment?

Wingback chairs, an excellent coffee in a quirky mug, my cat nestled on my lap, a sun splotch behind me and my latest book - my perfect reading space. I love sitting in the sun splotches in my home, especially during winter - I'm lucky to live in South Africa where our winters aren't snowy. As for music...I prefer not to as I find it can be distracting - once I have my mind in a book, music becomes secondary to the book. I like reading a hardcover book, but I'm running out of shelf-space for all my books, so I've resorted to using a tablet. The advantage of doing so is two-fold: I can store hundreds of books, and my cat can't knock my book out of my hand when he wants attention. I do buy collections though! I read everything. At any time. Anywhere. It borders on OCD actually...

What is the new policy on YouTube’s monetization?

They now require 1,000 subscribers and 4,000 hours of viewing duration of your channel’ videos per year to enable monetization through their Youtube (Adsense) ads. But the important point is that their ads is not the best way to monetize in most cases, there are much more effective ways to monetize popular channels.YouTube’ huge popularity doesn’t mean you should monetize it thru Youtube ads and hope to make money there. YouTube takes a huge 45% cut and growth is slow on this usually $1–2 per 1000 views. So you don’t end up generating the amount of money your content deserves unless you become a YouTube star.YouTube is a great platform to market our product or service, but not to monetize it directly on there, here is a good example: How to sell videos using Youtube (and actually make money) - Ellusionist channel has been posting instructional and inspirational magic videos on Youtube. It is estimated to have generated a total of $160,000 throughout its entire 10-years YouTube career from Youtube ads. Then they switched to Magic Stream video-on-demand (VOD) website based on Uscreen platform in 2017 to expand beyond its official YouTube channel and sell subscriptions to their premium educational videos which generated nearly the same money just in a half of year
