Looking For Gaming/movie Headset/headphones

Best Headphones for Gaming, Music, Movies, etc.?

I wanted to know what over-ear headphones were the best for FPS gaming, watching some movies, listening to music (mostly Dubstep, Rap, etc.), I also watch a lot of YouTube videos which include gaming videos, vlogs, and just other stuff like that. I heard that the Audio Technica ATH AD700's were good headphones but not enough bass. I would want one that is $0 - $100.

Best Headphones for Gaming, Music, Movies, etc.?

Please do yourself a favour and do NOT buy Karl Kani, WESC, Turtle, JH, Dr.Dre/Beats/Solo, Ludacris/Soul, Koss, Skullcandy, Lady GaGa, Skullcrushers, Monsters nor Bose, because they are ALL seriously overhyped and overpriced "fashion blingbling gimmicks" with a very poor durability and sound quality, NOTHING else (and those who try to claim they are good do NOT know ANYTHING about QUALITY anyway!), be them fake or not! If REAL quality is an issue, please go for REPUTABLE brands only such as B&W, Sennheiser (most affordable), Shure, Grado, Denon, AKG, Audio-Technica, Etymotic or Beyerdynamic. Things like Sony, Panasonic, JVC and Philips are ONLY "okay-ish".

What is the best VR headset for watching movies?

As I own just about every headset on the market, I am confident in saying that the PSVR is the best for watching movies, since it is far more comfortable than the others. It also has good video support—anything you can watch on your PS4 you can watch in the headset, including YouTube, which is missing on GearVR. One knock against it is that it turns off position tracking in cinema mode, which is slightly discomfiting if you move around on your couch.Of course GearVR has the advantage of portability: you can’t use your PS4 to watch a movie in a virtual IMAX theater on the plane. All of the headsets are still too low rez to really be preferable to watching on a traditional monitor, but I have enjoyed watching an entire 2 hour film on the PSVR which I have never done in any of the other headsets. It could be pretty useful if you have small kids and want to tune out your life for a while to watch Game of Thrones or something like that. (As long as someone else is around to watch said children and keep them from disturbing you!)Update: There’s a new best headset for movie watching: the HTC Vive Pro by a mile. But it’s extremely expensive so probably not a practical option. The Oculus Go is launching in a few weeks and at a $200 price point will be by far the most convenient and lowest cost of entry for a good experience. This would be my new top choice.
