I'm in a situation that is prompting me to look for another job (before I get laid off). I'm wondering if getting my resume re-worked by a service would be worth the money. I had theladders.com review my resume and they ripped it to shreads. Of course, for a modest fee of $645, the will make it all better. Anyone has experience with this? Please help!

Sitting alone at lunch (high school)?
My first day at a new public high school was yesterday. I had been going to the same private Catholic school all my life up until then :( I knew not a single person there! And I can't open up to new people because I'm very shy and I really miss my old school and all my old friends. Everybody at my new high school ALL know each other because they came from the two same junior highs which feed into my high school. So I feel like an outsider. Nobody talks to me and I don't talk to anyone. I smile, no one smiled back at me. Today was even worse. I had to keep my tears in and I cried really hard when I got home. I can deal with the classes but when lunchtime comes, that's when I feel lonely. I was forced to sit with a group of Mexicans yesterday and today only because they looked friendly but throughout the whole hour, they spoke Spanish amongst each other (I'm Vietnamese.) I'm pretty sure they talked about me. I don't think I can survive four years in this high school. I REALLY hate my parents right now for not letting me go back to my private school. I cried for hours straight and I'm crying so hard right now. I really want to belong. I'm thinking about sitting alone at lunch tomorrow, is that weird? I'm even tempted to lock myself in the restroom. PLEASE HELP! I'M SO SAD.
What does it mean if a guy doesn't accept your friend request on Facebook?
So I added this guy I know from my language class about a week ago and he hasen't accepted it yet. All it says if I view his profile is awaiting friend confirmation. I know he doesn't go on a lot, or at least doesn't status update that often because my friend is friends with him. I don't like him, but I have noticed him staring at me quite a few times. Oh, and also, since I friended him, he changed his security on his updates and pictures. I'm asking this question because I'm wondering what the heck I did to scare him!! I barely talk to the guy, and I haven't been messaging or poking him or anything silly like that. Whats going on??
