Which is more dangerous? Rugby or field hockey?
At youth-level, I'd guess that field hockey is actually more dangerous. I say that because the youngsters are probably not yet strong enough and skilled enough to properly control their sticks. The damage from the stick - force per unit area - can be very high, especially for high-sticking A bit the opposite is true for rugby: The kinetic energy they can develop is 1/2 mv^2, and since they are still young, neither their mass nor their speed is going to be as great as it may be later. If these guesses are right, there will come a time when the balance tips the other way - the hockey players will be stronger and more skilled, and therefore play more safely; the rugby players will be bigger and faster, and therefor incur more inherent risk. As pointed out above, there are special rules for youth rugby intended to enhance safety, and referees will be especially sensitive to this matter with youth. The critical issue for "safe" rugby will be good coaching - especially for the forwards. Well coached rugby players play safely, because they are well conditioned and well taught in the mechanics. (I'm sure the same is true for hockey.) They both are great games - I hope she enjoys either or both. Mark L. Why do people do dangerous sports?
Because of the rush they get. I have a friend that used to ride bull's and I asked him one day why he did it, and that was my answer. I had a patient once who was paralyzed in extreme motocross. He was very young, just had a baby boy, finished building the brand new house, in a gated community, paid off all the credit cards, just everything was going for him. He was in this motocross because of his father, it was his dad's favorite motocross location. The riders were going well and my patient saw the whole in the race way, but it was too late to maneuver around it. He hit it full on, and was thrown almost 300 feet, he knew he hit hard as he was conscious the whole time, then his motorcycle comes at him and hit him square in the back, he felt that too, but he would never feel again. He was paralyzed from the neck down. He has a brother who's a nurse and he stays the night with him in case something goes wrong. With knowing the bull rider and the motocross guy, I think those extreme sports are just an excuse to stay a child.

Pokémon Go is still popular among die-hard fans but overall, it isn’t. When it first came out, if was a new and exciting game unlike anyone had seen before using the Pokémon name many love. I remember I used to walk all over NYC going to popular spots like Times Square and Bryant Park to just catch Pokémon for fun. However, with the emergence of other (and better) AR mobile games, this hype around this game has died down.

I can’t speak for Trumps son but I do know that the revenue generated from hunting, provides many of these countries with the funding for their anti poaching patrols. Ten years ago on a hunt I did to Zimbabwe for Cape Buffalo, we were on a concession of 875,000 acres or about 40 square miles, all surrounded by a high fence. Many animals might spend their whole life and never see the fence, which was in place to keep poachers out. One day while tracking a big bull, I saw two natives on a hill looking down on us with binoculars. I asked my guide who they were and he told me they were the anti poaching patrol. I asked what they do if they see a poacher and he laughed and said “ Roger we are in Africa. They shoot them on site.” I then asked if they know who we were and he replied yes, a gps is kept with the guide at all times so they can identify the hunters. All through that trip I couldn’t get over how many giraffes there were as really no one wants to hunt a giraffe. The trophy fee for a giraffe was 2500 US dollars. The government had decided that giraffes were eating all the upper canopy of Acacia trees and when thats gone, everything dies and the habitats are destroyed for all the plains game. They asked that 1000 giraffes be culled from the concession. These animals are huge and the outfitters are only able to process 3 a day. A cull is typically done at night with lights so the meat from almost all of the animals would be wasted. So the outfitter proposed to the government that the trophy fee be dropped from $2500 to $300 and that every hunter would be encouraged to take 3 giraffes and over the course of a year. This way the government would have $300,000 US dollars for anti poaching versus zero and more importantly, the meat could be processed to feed the natives. When we drove into the village with giraffe meat to hand out, there were dozens of families running to the truck. My guide told us many are nearly starving. So no I have no issue with Trumps son hunting in Africa. The funding is desperately needed to stop poaching, every species is watched carefully to ensure no species is over hunted and all the meat is used for a good purpose. Its a win for the animals that are endangered for sure.

Why is the PUBG mobile game so addictive?
Video games capture the gamer by their graphics and amazing gameplay features and rewards but its not only that.Ive been a victim to this harmful effect of pubg addiction which has had a very bad effect on my lifestyle. Although this would be one of the games I would undoubtedly recommend to gamers but at the same time too much of it is really dangerous. There have been cases where due to this addiction people acquire insomnia and their body clock(circadian rhythm) gets disturbed as usually players tend to play it late night. One more thing about this game is that when you play a match and u dont get satisfied with it you play another match and on and on till u are completely satisfied and you even dont know what would satisfy you, because it becomes a continuous cycle, you win a match, you want to win another match and so on.Another reason why people feel it necessary to play on and on is the ranking system in pubg. You need to be in a platinum tier to feel youre better and then when u achieve it you want diamond and then the higher levels. Also when you play faulty in a game u get ranked negatively and your points decrease and so the unending cycle goes on.Coming to the graphics of this game. It has amazing realistic feautures, sceneries, sounds, effects and so on. When u kill a person the person turns into a box and theres a green smoke which looks so satisfying. Also when there is an air drop there is a red smoke from the drop which also is soothing to the eye. Apart from this when a player goes into looting a house or a corpse(the box) the list of items appears and the objects to be collected are highlighted in yellow which is also addictively soothing and when the avatar collects it, the sounds make it more satisfying. The guns with suppressors make a very soft sound when shooted. These satisfying elements also subconciously add on to the want to play more and hence make the player addicted.Ive been a player of such shooting games since an year or so I guess and from my experience this is what i have found to be the cause of addiction.
